Excellent staff. Breakfast was great. Concierge was exceptional.
The rooms were large and comfortable with great amenities and storage. The location was central to Buenos Aires, the breakfast was excellent as was the hotel restaurant itself . The staff were very kind and helpful.
Given the central location on a main thoroughfare, there was occasional street noise . If that is an issue being ear plugs.

Great location - not right in the center of main tourist attractions but close enough to walk to Recoleta Cemetery, about 5 minutes on foot to El Ataneo bookstore. The beds were very comfortable - I think they had the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever used. I liked that it was small but still had a nice lobby area to sit in, a restaurant with good food, a great breakfast buffet and good service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well thought out. We didn’t need the converters we brought since the rooms had outlets for US plugs.
The property was great! Just keep in mind that if you wait to pay for your room when you get to Argentina, the hotel will charge you in pesos and you will be subject to whatever the exchange rate is at that time (and it can vary a lot in Argentina). I don’t know whether booking.com had options to prepay for the hotel, but if you want to lock in your price without any surprises later, I would recommend paying in USD in advance.
Behulpzaam personeel. Een goede locatie in een veilige buurt. Hop on hop off halte tegenover het hotel en centraal en veilig gelegen om te wandelen naar bijvoorbeeld Cementario en Plaza de Mayo.

Great Location, clean. The staff was well trained and truly interested in hearing what we had to say. I recommend it.
Noise was a problem. There was a pipe noise, we coild hear the water flow from other rooms. They were understanding and changed our room, but I had one bad night because of that.
