Nice hotel with a good view.
I booked for 2 days just to relax and use the facilities Could not use the jacuzzi or swimming pool.at the spa there was a private meeting was not available for the afternoon. Was so disappointed that I check out a day early.The moring i asked if I could have breafast for free seeing that im booking out a day early was told No and I would be charged for the breakfast. then I asked if I could have a coffee was told there's coffee in the room to make and drink and if I wanted a coffee in the restaurant I would have to pay I did not argue with anyone..The person that checked me out was a trainee as she had someone with her to explain how to do the check out procedures..im 71 years old I don't argue anymore if im not happy I move on..the previous time the pool and jacuzzi was also not working due to renovations..when I booked in I asked if the pool was available and the jacuzzi i was told yes it's available but when I went the doors were looked and the lady told me it was closed for the day.will not go there again kind regards Manny
The staff were super friendly and had alot of personality, really felt so welcome.
More Milk and sugar in the room to accomodate the length of your stay.
We love the views from this hotel. It is also centrally situated so you can easily move around different shopping malls or attractions. We were also greeted by very friendly staff.
And the breakfast buffet is great!
It seems like the hotel needs a bit of "tlc" as the furniture is very outdated and old.
The air conditioning was also not working making these lovely sunny rooms extremely uncomfortable. This was our 2nd time we visited and mentioned it. Hope they get it sorted soon!

This place is next level! I have slept in 5 star hotels not coming close to Blaauwberg Beach hotel! It was amazing
Everything was amazing
Spectacular view from your balcony in a sea-view room
Water leaks out of the shower onto bathroom floor. No where to hang wet bath towels to dry
Breakfast was very comprehensive, made to order eggs/omlettes and fresh fruit was very nice. Pool area was great, bars/restaurants very clean, room was spacious & immaculate, great view from balcony.
Did not cross the highway to get to the beach as I was afraid of the traffic. Traffic was noisy while on the balcony, wished I’d asked for a higher floor- I was in B-102. Would have loved smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers/onions at the breakfast buffet. Staff need to speak up a bit, I had to keep asking staff to repeat what they said—the girls in the restaurant etc. seemed shy.
