I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff are well trained, professional, approachable and friendly.
Pros:

The most fabulous view I could have asked for, sea facing with clear views of Table Mountain and Lions Head.
The room had a balcony which was fantastic, and was spacious and uncluttered. Linen was fresh and clean, the bed was very comfortable.
Buffet breakfast was delicious, and offered a wide selection of hot and cold meals, including fresh vegetables and fruit juices.

Attention to detail was great, i.e. welcome Birthday cakes and macarons.

Cons:

Booking.com add said in advert (green logo on hotel ad) "breakfast included" but when we arrived the hotel said it was not included!!!??? Please correct your false advertising

Der Ausblick war super schön, direkt auf den Tafelberg.

Cons:

Klima konnte nur über die Rezeption gesteuert werden, es dauerte recht lange, in der ersten Nacht war es zu kalt danach wurde geheizt. Das war nicht gut. Wir wurden Online gefragt welches Wasser wir wollen. wir wollten Sprudel . Als wir ankamen wurden wir begrüßt, aber das erste war Sprudel muss bezahlt werden, man kann es nicht aufs Zimmer schreiben nein die 2 Flaschen müssen sofort bezahlt werden, merkwürdig. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen fragte man uns, ob wir das Spudelwasser auch schon gezahlt hätten, sonst müsste er es mitnehmen. Es war nur Wasser Sie haben es behandelt als wäre es teurer Champagner 😃🫣

I wanted to adjust my booking just 5mn after I confirmed. They didn’t want me to. Just 5mn, they say it too late. They did not accept cancellation, and they made me pay a higher rate for the new room, only to see that the new room was way less in term of quality than the initial room. I’ve been going regularly to that hotel the last 4 years… so I guess not anymore.
