Très déçu de cet hôtel pourtant plein de potentiel mais laissé à l'abandon, faute de moyen financier

Pourtant beau potentiel et on a l'impression d'un hôtel qui a dû être bien mais qui n'est plus soigné
Peut être juste l'emplacement pas trop loin de Berlin et au calme

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner, il n'y a aucun personnel dans l'hôtel
Hotel à la limite de l'abandon : pas de réception, chambre épouvantablement sale, abords non soignés etc etc

Cons:

Wir waren im Zimmer 5 untergebracht, die Auslegware war fleckig und stark verschmutzt. Im sanitären Bereich ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und die Abflussgarnitur vom Waschbecken ein scheußlicher Anblick. Das Zimmer war mit Febreze aromatisch überzogen und hat den natürlichen "Duft" des Raumes überzogen. 171€ / Nacht von Sa-So zum DFB Pokalfinale ist für Berlin nicht teuer aber dennoch unverhältnismäßig für die Leistung.
Zum Check-In 17:30Uhr war nur ein telefonischer Kontakt möglich.

ICH BIN IMMERNOCH SPRACHLOS...Es wurde sehr herzlich auf meine spontane Ankunftszeit eingegangen,1000 Dank vom ganzem Herzen! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig zugleich.Ich werde DEFINITIV wieder kommen!

Cons:

Kein Personal im Hotel, Fußboden bereits stark benutzt, Bad Armaturen waren lose und in der Toilette waren starke Kalkflecken .
Den Zimmer Nachbarn hat man lautstark durch die Wand gehört das ein schlafen kaum erholsam machte .
Das Hotel macht eher einen verlassenen Eindruck da man über die Feuertreppe zu seinem Zimmer gelangt und nirgends Personal hat.
Rechnung konnte auch nicht vor Ort ausgestellt werden.
Es macht ehr den Eindruck das die Zimmer nur vermietet werden aber viel mit Hotel Flair hat das nicht zu tun

Schade um das schöne Haus
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut - kostenfreie Parkplätze

Cons:

War früher bestimmt ein schönes Hotel, aber jetzt- leider kein Zimmer Service , kein Frühstück im Angebot und Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen-schade!

Für einen kurzen Aufenhalt ohne Ansprüche ist es besser als Zelten, sonst lieber etwas besseres suchen.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und nettes Personal am Telefon.

Cons:

Schmutziges, beschädigtes und abgelebtes Zimmer.
Die Zimmertür wurde schon einmal eingetreten und hielt nur noch zur Deko. Der Teppich war so verschmutzt, dass man die Schuhe ungern ausgezogen hat. Das Kopfteil des Bettes war mit speckigen Flecken überseht. Der Haartrockner war gefährlich verschmort und das Gehäuse gebrochen. Der Seifenspender hing lose und defekt am Waschbeckenrand und der Schreibtisch war mit einer klebrigen Flüssigkeit versehen.

Pros:

There was literally nobody there the whole time I was there. It was like staying at an abandoned hotel. The only upside is that I could sleep in on the day I was supposed to check out, since there are no functional telephones in the rooms you stay in. Very unsafe feeling, out of the way, and inconvenient. Definitely will never stay here again.

There is literally nobody there. Creepy, quiet, useless. The only benefit being sleeping in until 5p.m. at the day I was supposed to check out. Needs better staff and maintenance.

It's a wonderful quiet place to stay with a beautiful shopping center nearby
