I liked the overall deco and feel of hacienda.

Where to start:
1. Like in other places in Guatemala, although breakfast is advertised as included, turns out the kid can stay for free but not eat breakfast unless paid. After discussions with reception, they accepted for the kid not to pay. One morning that we were the only ones there, we were told we have only standard breakfast included ( eggs, the typical beans, fried platanos and a cube of cheese, juice and what passes locally for coffee-filter done one). Second day, surprise. Because more customers were there, we had a buffet on full display, with different eggs sausage, yoghurt, fruits the full story. First day they told us anything else than the "tipico" has to be paid.
2. Amenities - swimming pool was not functional one part was under construction the others unusable, fool of green slime and a safety hazard with chipped tiles.
3. Room-cleanliness lacked, I found mold on the toilet bowl and sink, spiders& webs all over the bathroom. Room was also moldy, the kid started coughing after first night.

Chambres grandes et spacieuses, beaux bâtiments, 3 piscines en théorie

Cons:

Piscine en travaux, on a passé la journée ( même au petit dej() au milieu des marteaux piqueurs. Pas d' eau chaude dans notre chambre, l' odeur de Moisie pas terrible non plus😅 personnel nonchalant et menfoutiste. Petit dej assez moyen sans grand choix...bref cher pour les services proposés

NOT for tourists
Pros:

The wait staff at the restaurant were about the only good thing. Pool was also ok.

Cons:

DO NOT STAY here if you are a tourist and not there for some kind of wedding or business meeting. This hotel is not good because it’s in the middle of nothing, has no tourist infrastructure and the front desk staff are so u helpful. Also our room had lots of mold. NOT FOR TOURISM.

Pros:

Place looks very nice in pictures, but there are many flaws; such as the rooms do not have enough outlets, there is no hot/warm water, and the food service is okay. Pluses to the hotel is that the workers are friendly and welcoming

Beautiful place but not ideal for tourists
Pros:

Beautiful place and great pool.

The room and bathroom were very clean and everything smelled really good. We used the laundry service which was cheap, our clothes smelled really good.

The restaurant is also good.

Cons:

When we arrived, we were not given a tour of our room, the hotel, neither were we explained how things worked at the hotel (eg. included breakfast, pool towels, ..). Condidering the price, it would be nice to feel a bit more welcomed, and not having to figure out everything by ourselves. We stated in many (cheaper) hotels in Guatemala and had nicer and professional services.

The location is not ideal for tourists, there is no transportation included to go to Flores (the hotel booked us a taxi for 250Q !! for 15mn of car to go and 15 to come back). We felt a little bit stucked and this made our stay unnecessarily more expensive.

The restaurant is good but a bit expensive, we did not really have a choice but to eat dinner at the hotel because of the transportation prices to Flores. Service can be improved.

Also, note that the hotel does not offer any tours or tourism services.

The wifi was not working during our stay.

Un buen lugar para descansar
Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito, limpio y tiene suficiente espacio en las áreas comunes y las habitaciones. Tienen bastantes salones o áreas para eventos. Solamente falta que mejoren el servicio de algunas personas y que den mantenimiento a algunas áreas, cómo a la piscina, que tiene varios espacios sin azulejo.
