Hotel nuovo ma veramente accogliente
Pros:

Bellissima struttura con camera accogliente e vista sulle montagne della Val Divedro. Staff molto gentile, soprattutto il Signor Daniel alla reception che ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza e simpatia!

Hôtel confortable pour un week-end de ski, maintenant il faudra découvrir la région en été
Pros:

Hôtel calme et très propre
Il est récent et bien entretenu

Cons:

Le cousin un peu petit et pas très rembourrés
On a eu l’impression de dormir dans une station fantôme, les pistes de ski sont à proximité de l’hôtel et le domaine est magnifique avec de très belles installations de remontées mécaniques

Wunderbar, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Tolles Hotel für Skiausflug nach San Domenico. Schöne Zimmer mit moderne Ausstattung, sehr gute Küche (Restaurant Stube).

Cons:

Die Nutzung der Saunahäusschen kostet zusätzlich.

Sehr schönes Hotel aus Stein und Holz.
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Service Personal inklusive Chef de Service, sehr gutes Essen. Wir hatten Halbpension und konnten immer von der ganzen Karte auswählen. Die Weinkarte ist Top, schön das es in allen Preislagen viele Weine hat. Bravo!

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war leider nicht wie bestätigt und muss besser klappen.
Wir haben ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das wurde uns auch so bestätigt. Leider haben wir trotz unseren Bemühungen ein Doppelbett erhalten. Sehr schade. Siehe Email vom 25.01.2026 Buchungsnummer 5860299135

Esperienza carina ma mediocre
Pros:

La vicinanza alle piste, il design dell’albergo nuovo e e di qualità. La possibilità di avere una ski room per depositare l’attrezzatura da neve.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati in hotel intorno a mezzogiorno e malgrado l’hotel fosse chiaramente non al completo non ci e’ stato permesso di fare check in se non alle 14:00. L’addetta al check in ha trattenuto in nostri documenti tenendo subito a precisare che il nostro cagnolino avrebbe potuto frequentare soltanto le aree comuni ma non il bar o la zona ristorante (cosa assolutamente retrograda); al momento del check in e’ ritornato il mio compagno e il receptionist ha insistito affinché saldasse il soggiorno anticipatamente (senza verificare che fossi stata io a prenotare e pagare mediante Booking), alla richiesta di spiegazioni hanno risposto: che da loro funzioni così e che questa era la loro policy. Risolto questo equivoco, la camera era tiepida (fuori nevicava) e ho passato tutta la notte ad avvertire un ticchettio fastidioso provenire dalla ventola dell’aria. Infine avvisati i receptionist del fatto che non avremmo pernottato anche la seconda notte (avevo infatti prenotato due notti soltanto per poter usufruire della camera di giorno) e che non avrei avuto bisogno pertanto della pulizia ma solo di asciugamani puliti: gli asciugamani non sono mai arrivati e mi hanno fatto pagare 40 euro al check out (20 euro extra al giorno) per le presunte pulizie da effettuare per via della presenza del cane. Un ottimo albergo strutturalmente parlando, in un’ottima posizione ma con zero accoglienza, Customer care e sensibilità verso il cliente.
