Położenie, obiekt bardzo blisko morza i stacji PKP. Świetny pomysł ze śniadaniami i wyborem zestawu.

Cons:

Toaleta tragiczna, cały czas słychać jakieś bulgotanie z rur, spłuczka nie działa tak jak powinna. W łazience jest cały czas brzydki zapach. Dodatkowo brak informacji o remoncie budynku, robotnicy słuchają muzykę na głośniku koło okna od godziny 8. Nie działała suszarka do włosów.
