Super hotel avec un service de qualité. Le rooftop est vraiment bien où nous pouvons voir le coucher de soleil. The best in Tyre !

Struttura tenuta impeccabilmente! Moderna, ma dal fascino retrò. Pulitissima e con personale molto cordiale. Le camere standard sono un pò piccoline però se ci si deve solo dormire van più che bene. Ottima posizione. Meraviglioso affaccio sul mare. Consigliatissimo sia come hotel per necessità di lavoro sia per vacanza.

It is nicely placed hotel, near the beach. Clean and modern with some national touch. The staff is friendly and helpful.

But they didn’t have hot water in the rooms!? It was a bit of issue since the weather was cooling down and there was Noway we could shower!
I hope they update this issue after all !

Tres bon sejour, petit dejeuner incroyable vraiment !!! Hotel propre avec beaucoup de charmes. Les propriétaires sont tres gentils. Faites attention si vous venez en weekend, il y a une boite de nuit en rooftop jusque 2h du matin.

If you want to sleep on the weekend at a normal adult hour, you won’t. The rooftop club is very loud (I’ve stayed in places with clubs before, I’ve never heard anything like this though), the doors are always open, and the stairs go through all the rooms.

It’s not the fault of the staff. They get repeated complaints, but management’s response is that the local authorities won’t let them put extra plexiglass up. While that may help the neighbors complaints, it doesn’t really solve the problems of the floors below.

We were in a standard room two floors down. If you book a suite, right under the club......good luck.

It’s sad because literally everything else in this hotel is top notch. Management is unwilling to reason with hotel guests, so their priority seems to be that they are a club first, despite marketing themselves as a hotel with a terrace. In actuality they are a club that has a place to crash when the party is over.

It’s sad because we lived this place, right up until the point we didn’t. With two toddlers and no sleep on a typical day, it would’ve been nice to have a weekend away with good Beach fun, dinner, drinks, sleep. The club noise is unbearable. I’m not a complainer by nature; just giving my warning.

I won’t stay here again, which is sad because I’d really want to if they could find a way to soundproof like everywhere else.

When arriving i didnt like the category i already booked.Immediately management took care of me and got an upgrade to a higher room category.Therese is professional and nice. Room is still new regardless of hotel age.It is clean modern and well equipped.Towels are the only concern point.Breakfast is average yet staff are nice and welcoming.Late check out was extended also.loved the experience and of course will be back.Keep up the good job guys.

朝ごはんが食べきれないくらい出てきて最高でした。部屋の整備も行き届いていてよかったです。
１階は眺めがよくないのが残念ですが、２階以上は地中海を見ながらゆっくりと休むことができるでしょう。看板がないので場所がややわかりにくいです。

The location was great, the facilities were modern and clean and the breakfast the following morning was fantastic!

It was, unfortunately, a horrible experience. I was reluctant to write this review because I felt it might affect the wonderfully nice front desk staff, cleaning staff, and the restaurant waiters who would greet you with a smile and happily serve you. Things were going well on the first night until it started raining and the room flooded. So I woke up to a huge puddle of water inside the room and everywhere including my suitcase that had my travel documents. I was in shock and thought I was dreaming. This was supposedly a new hotel!! How can this happen, I thought. The manager/owner spent his time blaming the contractors instead of apologizing or even asking if anything was damaged and finally decided that a 15% discount should be more than enough as a compensation. I was totally shocked! An apology or a simple statement of "We are sorry this should not have happened" would have been more professional. The cleaning lady, on the other hand, was way better than him and helped me dry my clothes and clean the room. I would never stay in that hotel again knowing that there are many similar options in the area location- and style-wise.
