Eine sehr laute und unangenehme Übernachtung, die ich nicht weiterempfehlen kann.
Cons:

Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht ruhig. Jedes Zimmer benutzte seine eigene Toilette, die in meinem Zimmer Geräusche machte. Ich konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Die Lage ist akzeptabel. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus war vorhanden. Dies war sehr gut, da die Garage etwas weiter ist. Kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen..

Ein Klasse Aufenthalt, leider durch Booking.com versaut
Pros:

Personal war sehr entgegenkommend, der Eigentuemer arbeitet selbst am Empfangstresen.

Cons:

Es waere ein perferkter Aufenthalt gewesen, wenn nicht die verantwortungslosen Versager von Booking.com noch weiteres Geld von meiner Kreditkarte genommen haetten. Leider ist dieses bis heute nicht erstattet, und Booking.com hat auch keine Erklaerung fuer die Abbuchung gegeben.
Vielleicht sollte Booking.com sein Geschaeftsmodell und seinen voellig fehlenden Kundendienst einmal ueberdenken.

Heerlijk ontbijt en ligging in nette buurt vlakbij station.

Cons:

Receptie wat spraakzamer.. is gezelliger als je op vakantie bent.. hoe was de reis? Wat gaat u in Bonn ondernemen? Heeft u plannen? Kortom wat meer interesse in de gast.
