Adorei a hospitalidade, localização excelente, funcionários educados e prestativos. Quarto confortável, limpeza excelente, cama confortável e lençóis quentinhos. Com certeza retornarei nas minhas próximas viagens a cidade de UBA.

Local ao lado de igreja e com movimento de usuários de droga à noite. Muita gritaria à noite e cânticos logo pela manhã bem cedo. Não há isolamento sonoro.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e receptivos. Instalações espaçosas, boas roupas de cama e toalhas de qualidade. Ar condicionado funciona bem, frigobar funciona bem e chuveiro é excelente.

Cons:

A televisão não pegou nenhum canal, não tem tomadas bem espalhadas pelo quarto (possui 2 ao lado do frigobar e 1 no banheiro; nenhuma perto da mesa de escritório ou perto da cama). Iluminação bem fraca
O lugar é lindo, mas sinto que não está sendo usado 100% do seu potencial

Atende às expectativas
Pros:

O atendimento de todos os funcionários, da recepção e do café, foram excepcionais e o hotel atende as expectativas e as fotos do quarto porém o estacionamento não ter integração com o hotel foi um ponto realmente negativo pois achei perigoso a entrada do estacionamento disponibilizada além pelo hotel. O acesso aos andares eram somente pelo elevador já que as escadas estavam escuras e com a chuva o barulho estava alto.
As portas amareladas dão um aspecto de velho aos quartos.
O frigobar estava com um suporte bambo e parecia que o frigobar iria cair além de ele ter um barulho alto que incomodava ao dormir.
A cortina estava faltando pedaços, o que diminuiu a privacidade e afetou a claridade à noite para dormir.
