Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait, de la propreté au confort, mais surtout un grand bravo à l’ensemble du personnel. Une équipe souriante, accueillante, professionnelle et toujours aux petits soins pour les clients. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité font vraiment la différence. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Zara, la jeune femme qui s’occupe des check-in, ainsi qu’à Youssef, l’aide de l’hôtel qui nous a gentiment aidés avec nos bagages. Ils ont tous les deux été adorables, disponibles et très professionnels.

Une expérience vraiment au top, avec une équipe exceptionnelle et un personnel aux petits soins ! Les chambres sont très propres et l’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à proximité de la mer et du centre-ville.

Le petit-déjeuner est formidable, avec un choix très varié, aussi bien sucré que salé. Que dire de plus ? Un hôtel magnifique, avec un très bel espace vert et une superbe piscine, parfaite pour se détendre. Et la mer se trouve à seulement quelques pas !

Ce séjour a été une très belle expérience, nous nous sommes sentis accueillis et choyés du début à la fin. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et reviendrons sans aucun doute avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable et chaleureux. Dégradation totale des chambres j’ai pris une chambre avec un grand lit double mais ils ont mis deux lits séparés et les couvrir comme un grand lit ce qui a donné une catastrophe dont on peut pas dormir confortablement ainsi que les serviettes déchirés le peignoir déchiré aussi

I had a very pleasant stay back in June. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, with special thanks to Abdelhadi and the reception team. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Room service was exceptionally quick, and the cleaning and security teams were excellent. A special thank you to Tariq, who somehow managed to find me a table on such a busy night when Morocco played Brazil! Great atmosphere and entertainment.
