From the receptionist to the cleaning staff they all was amazing. Mohammed at the counter and Marwan on the night shift pool side service was great always smiling and an amazing service provided overall.
I think it would be great if the actual night shift had more then one person running around as it becomes timely just as ordering a simple beverage overall the service was great just it seems as if they night shift staff could be added to for faster hotel service.

From the day we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A few people really deserve special recognition. The young guy who served us breakfast with the glasses every morning all week was an absolute asset to the hotel. The lifeguard was lovely, and the DJ was not only super talented at what he does, but kept the energy up even when it was literally just me and my friend in the pool, basically a private DJ set. And last but definitely not least, Hicham, the floor manager in the bar, was fantastic. Honestly, the staff were amazing. Considering half of our stay was during Ramadan, they all worked incredibly hard to make sure we felt looked after.
A few other things worth noting: the restaurant prices were very reasonable compared to the rest of the city, and the food was great. There is also a shop right next door where you can buy cigarettes, snacks, and water, so if you want a lazy holiday where you barely leave the hotel, that is totally an option.
Yes, it is loud until around 2am, but the windows are modern and very soundproof, so we did not have any issues with noise.
The only thing that put a damper on an otherwise amazing stay was our checkout experience. We had requested a late checkout the day before, and the receptionist on the night shift told us we could stay until 2pm and that she would do it for free. We were more than happy to pay, so that was never the issue. What was frustrating was that the following morning, on the 22nd, the woman at reception started banging on our door at 1pm while I was naked, then kept me at the door shouting that she had already given us one extra hour and that we needed to leave immediately.
As two people who both work in hotels, we completely understand that rooms need to be turned over, especially if the hotel is fully booked. But in that case, do not offer a 2pm checkout if you actually need guests out by 12. We would have understood if that had been communicated properly. Instead, we were rushed out so suddenly that neither of us had time to shower or wash our hair before travelling home, meaning we were stuck on a long journey and early-hours flight covered in chlorine from the pool. It made for a very uncomfortable and itchy trip home.
It was disappointing because this was the only negative part of an otherwise brilliant stay. Perhaps the receptionist on duty that morning could benefit from some further training in communication and guest handling.
Aside from that, kudos to the team, the staff overall were wonderful, and we had a really lovely time.

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié c’est le service, les personnes qui travaillent à l’accueil ont fait tout leur possible pour répondre à nos attentes c’était vraiment parfait sur ce point là
Ce qui était le moins agréable était le bruit, les chambres ne sont pas équipées de double vitrage. On entend la musique comme si nous étions avec les fenêtres grandes ouvertes !
