Service over luxury
Pros:

The room was clean and lovely, but honestly, what made this stay special was the people. Islam on the front desk was just brilliant … the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely looked after, not just checked in. This isn’t a Marriott or an Accor or a Hilton, but I can honestly say the service here put many of those places to shame. I’ve stayed at plenty of those high-end hotels across Europe, and rarely have I come across someone so patient, warm, and on top of their job as Islam. Nothing felt like an effort for him. The whole team was great, but he really was the heart of it. We left feeling truly well taken care of, and that’s entirely down to him and his colleagues.

Cons:

Breakfast is decent enough but it could do with a bit more variety and care to match the standard of the service. With a little work there, this place would be hard to fault.

Loved the facility & location. We were very comfortable.

Clean. Upscale look. Nice breakfast. Staff helped with good dinner recommendations. (Kudos to Victor.)

Cons:

Rooftop bar served whiskey drink with virtually no whiskey. Spritzed on at delivery to table.

Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight,die Mitarbeiter vor allem an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Was den Service beim Frühstück angeht, so ist noch Luft nach oben.
In einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollte man nicht wiederholt nachfragen müssen, wo zB der Kaffee bleibt.
