Pros:

Sehr schöne , gepflegte Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in dem Hotel und können es sehr empfehlen. Zi 110 und Zi 202.

Do not think twice about staying here! It is perfect!
Pros:

The location was incredible. A water taxi picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the front door of the hotel. The hotel, decor, rooms, breakfast and staff were all incredible! Oh! And the rooftop bar is an absolute gem. 10/10!

A great place to stay in Venice
Pros:

On the Grand Canal so easy to move around Venice.
Staff were fantastic and helped us with water taxi booking from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport.
Breakfast was good.
Room was great and comfortable. Was lovely coming back into the hotel and air conditioning after a day out sightseeing!

Cons:

Only gripe was to do with the roof bar service and the staff member requesting what % tip we would like to include! Just a bit ‘forward’!

Exceptional- we’ll go back and stay here again.

Exceptional location
Concierge service - Iacolo (?) was friendly, efficient and accommodating.
Emails were responded to immediately and they organized our private boat and walking tours. We loved all of them.
Rooms immaculate, spacious (we had the deluxe), AC optimal!

Cons:

The menu could be expanded. We loved the main bartender but the extra help forgot our order when we sat outside and it was busy. They did make it right by giving us room service just after it closed :).

l’emplacement. sur le grand canal et près de tout.
La propreté de l’établissement.Le confort et le calme de la chambre. La très bonne literie. La jolie décoration .
Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
La gentillesse du personnel de la réception et du restaurant du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L’expérience du rooftop le jour de notre arrivée. car:
Le prix des snacks servis est bien trop élevé.
La personnel n’était pas aimable et pas efficace.
l’attente des plats a été bien trop longue une fois la commande passée.

Would plan to stay here again if I return to Venice.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff who were very courteous and helpful. The location is amazing, right next to the Rialto Bridge. The common areas and our room were clean and well designed. The breakfast was quite delicious with excellent variety and quality.

Cons:

I do not think I could identify a negative aspect to my stay.
