Loved the Hotel
Pros:

Room lovely and big very clean
Bed was very comfortable
lovely bathroom we had a walk in shower
Had lovely roof top bar area where we had drinks everyday
Would definitely stay there again right on the canal very central to everything
Staff very friendly

Cons:

We made the mistake on getting off on the wrong side of canal so we had to carry our suitcases over the Rialto Bridge

Overall, H10 was a great stay but may have limited room amenities based on the time of year
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and looks recently updated. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. The rooftop terrace/bar was also nice for an evening view of the Grand Canal. Suite was a nice size and had a good view of the canal from the windows

Cons:

The temperature went down significantly at night and the room did not have heat from what we could find

Pros:

Eckzimmer hell und freundlich mit 3 Fenster auch im Bad, sehr schöne und gepflegte Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber und gut unterhalten. Buffet war hervorragend, sehr gute Auswahl und alles frisch und sehr schön angerichtet.

A truly special stay, combining a beautiful setting, a calm and elegant hotel, and wonderfully attentive staff.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic, right by the water and within easy walking distance of the main sights, yet it still feels calm and peaceful. The hotel is beautifully kept, refined and elegant without ever feeling over the top.

I would especially like to thank Nicoletta for her warmth and excellent customer service. Gratitude also to Christian for managing to secure the most wonderful table reservation. I will certainly be returning.
