Lovely location and friendly staff. Service could be slightly better.
Pros:

Loved the room and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Service was a bit slow; took 5 hours for room to be cleaned after pressing the service button and in-dining service only picked up the phone after 40 minutes.

Pleasant but customer service needs improving.
Pros:

Swim up bar, surfing, pool and hot tub in Villa.

Cons:

Customer service was quite poor. The staff were lovely but completely overwhelmed with the numbers of people. Eg not picking up the phone when calling for enquires. Check in was chaotic as was breakfast (people had plates of food and waiting for a table). The pool was quite dirty. To name a few.

My stay at Al Wathba
Pros:

I liked how the small touches, such as complimentary desserts on arrival and offering suncream to guests, made a big difference to my stay. These left me with a good overall impression.
The staff were very friendly and efficient, especially the ones by the pool who were always attentive to the guests' needs. Also, Shivi in the restaurant went the extra mile to request some food items for me that were not on the menu.

Relaxing and beautiful stay in the desert
Pros:

Everything was amazing, the private villa was big with a beautiful garden with pool and hot tub. The bedroom and bathroom were great and very comfortable. The amenities on site were great, fantastic bar and breakfast and all the staff were so helpful.

Cons:

Almost everything was perfect, one small detail was the mini fridge in our room wasn’t very cold.

Honestly speaking it was one of the best stays ever, the villa was pretty and a decent size, staff were amazing . 9/

nothing much just the chairs by the pool were kind of dusty so we had to wipe them to sit other than that everything was perfect
