A very enjoyable stay with an unbeatable location.
Pros:

Excellent stay overall. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with direct access to Pavilion Mall, which is extremely convenient. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped, and everything is well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant and seamless experience.

Cons:

The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning in the room, which affected the overall comfort.

I love the strategic location of the hotel. Moreover, as it's within the same building as Pavilion mall, it's convenient too.

Overall I’m satisfied.
Pros:

The location snd the room wad comfortable.
On top of that the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The buffet offered at breakfast has declined since I was there in May 2025!
