Globalement excellent hôtel
Pros:

Établissement beau, propre, chambres spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est très gentil, le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Cons:

Le Check in était prévu à 15h mais nous n’avons pu accéder à la chambre qu’avec environ 1h30 de retard.
L’absence de smart TV dans la chambre (on ne peut pas accéder aux services de streaming et à YouTube).

Excellent property at a very desirable location that offers friendly and excellent services.
Pros:

Big selection of local and western options at the breakfast buffet. Food was good.

Cons:

Just a small comment: the treadmill that I had used at the gym was a little dated. It made lots of noises when in use.

An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent, and having direct access to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur shopping mall was incredibly convenient, especially for shopping and dining. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The direct mall access and central location were definitely highlights of our stay.

Cons:

We genuinely had no complaints during our stay. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and exceeded our expectations.
