Loved the stay. Loved the hotel. Loved the location.
Pros:

Location was excellent since it was part of the Pavilion Mall. It was in the centre of Bukit Bintang and close proximity to TRX, Sungei Wang and Fahrenheit just to name a few. Room was spacious and the morning sahur spread was excellent with good variety and taste. Staff were super friendly too.

Cons:

Nit picking but some of the hotel's furniture looks dated.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the Pavilion Hotel. The service in the restaurant was excellent, especially than
Pros:

We had a lovely experience at the Pavilion Hotel, made truly special by the outstanding service from the restaurant team. A big thank you to Sauib, the Restaurant Manager, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and even took the time to show us around, which made us feel very valued as guests.

We would also like to commend Qasfil, our waiter, who was always smiling, polite, and attentive. His service was excellent and added so much to our enjoyment.

Their kindness and dedication really made our stay memorable. A fantastic team and a hotel we would happily recommend. We look forward to coming back!

Cons:

The only downside during our stay was the experience at the Chinese restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not find the staff there to be very welcoming or friendly, which was a bit disappointing. However, this did not take away from the excellent service we received from the restaurant manager Sauib and our waiter Qasfil, who were both wonderful.

Pros:

Loved the magnificent breakfast offerings. The most extensive variety of cuisines I've ever encountered in a hotel buffet. The location was convenient to everything. The Club Lounge had a good range of food to accompany the evening cocktails and wine. The room was equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom had all the complimentary toiletries with a separate toilet. My room was on the Club floor - level 13A.

Cons:

The gym was smaller and not as well equipped as I had expected. The pool area was small and unfortunately overlooked by highrise constructions.

I will not stay in this hotel again
Pros:

Great location, nice staff

Cons:

We stayed in 3 rooms for five nights ,The rooms need more lights, the breakfast was bad for us ? No many choices for arabs? Thai-Chinese food are plenty but for others no many choices? Even when i tried to ate salad, my surprise there is small octopuss in the salad??
One day they serve (foul) kind of beans we as arab like it but i discover it was another kinds of two beans not (foul)? Common on guys do your homework? The small flies (small bugs) flying on the food? I told the superviser of the breakfast about it ? And why not close the door was open for outdoor breakfast tables or to put smalls fans on the food ? He say will do? But many days past nothing change?
