Excellent stay! The room was clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was great, so close to the shops.

Unfortunately, the pillows are so thin, they might need replacing and the beds are a little too hard for us. I guess I was able to request for another pillow, but I didn’t.

A special thank you to Soni from Housekeeping, who ensured our room was cleaned every day and always made sure we had everything we needed. Your kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Surya the doorman who remembered us, similarly Prakash also remembered us. I contacted Fatin the guest experience host who did a wonderful job arranging our room to celebrate my wife’s birthday and she also enlisted Tasha at the lounge to arranged a cake and candle with balloons as a surprise for my wife. Look the hotel and facilities were amazing but it’s the people that makes the real difference, Mr Oretti should be proud of his team especially those in the lounge well led by Sabree and even our cleaner Henty was super helpful. We are looking for a hotel to call home in KL and because of the great service we received Pavilion is it. Fatin and Tasha thank you so very much for the wonderful stay and your efforts. We will be back in 6 months!

The locations right at the mall,, very convenient

Love the teh tarik. Not too sweet not too shabby. Ismail is very nice to offer me a cup of the teh tarik. And I’m hooked. Overall nice ambiance and very friendly staff.

Front desk a Chinese lady in her 20s or 30s was very kind to give us room upgrade when me and my family arrived at 1am and I was having a fever . I didn’t get her name but she even offered me honey drink to eat my medicine . Met the teh tarik staff at buffet breakfast named Ismail & he did a nice tarik w lots of foam for me ! Teh tarik is so addictive in Malaysia 😬 adjoining to hotel are the luxury shopping floors and f&b eateries too many to count 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
rooms are clean , soaps are all essential oil scented and not much noises disturbances at our 17th floor although our room partly overlook the new building in construction by Pavillion 😬 thank you for your service Pavillion we will be back soon !

Well, its right place to get some rest.

Location is tip-top, ambience is well-put together. Rooms have all the required amenities. It's definitely value for experience and would definitely come back again. Hotel rooms are super clean. Noise level is accommodating. Service is exceptional. Always serving up to standard. The teh tarik served during breakfast made by Ismail & Anita is impeccable. It's definitely above and beyond. There's a gym & swimming pool equipped with the latest equipments for ideal training and fitness matters.
