From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

The location
The carpet was filthy, the bedding was too thick and made it hard to sleep. Even the pillows were terrible. The breakfast was disappointing, very little range of fruit. Terrible watery coffee that did nothing. For a 5 star hotel they can't get the basic things right.

We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay here. The hotel is in a perfect location with very easy access to Pavilion Mall and many other places around Kuala Lumpur. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt elegant, peaceful, and welcoming.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. It was also quiet, which allowed us to rest very well during our stay. The facilities were excellent, and everything felt worth the experience.
What impressed us the most was the exceptional service. The staff were always warm, attentive, and very quick to respond. Even when we requested drinking water, it arrived in less than 5 minutes. We also loved the thoughtful touch of having aromatherapy prepared in our room every afternoon, which made our stay feel even more relaxing and special.
Special thanks to Hery from housekeeping and his supervisor, Hafiz, for their kindness and warm hospitality. They even created beautiful towel animals to welcome us, which made our stay even more personal and unforgettable.
We stopped by Kuala Lumpur for two days before going to the Maldives. It is our honeymoon and we are having a wonderful time here. The Pavilion hotel made our trip more special. And ASRAF, the staff of courtyard, treated us kindly. Thanks to all the staffs including ASRAF, we are enjoying our trip. Thanks a lot.

THE GYM LACKS EQUIPMENTS CONSIDERING A CHAIN MANAGED BY BANYAN TREE AND A FIVE STAR IN THE MOST PRIME LOCATION IN KL THE GYM OUGHT TO HAVE BEEN MORE WELL EQUIPPED
