Great location and nice property!
Pros:

The location is amazing!

Connected to the Pavilion Mall, it was too convenient especially because we only had 1.5 days in KL. A lot of GREAT restaurants in the area, very busy and bustling area. The Pavilion Mall is great as well as Farehnheight! Room is decent and clean but not the most modern but still pretty good.

Cons:

Breakfast although has ALOT of options but most doesn't taste that great and doesn't look very appetizing either.

I arrived at 2 PM and I know the check in time is 3 but most places do have rooms ready for check in by 2 if not earlier.

Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Gute Lage in Bukit Bintang mit direktem Zugang zur Mall.

Cons:

Der Rooftop Pool ist sehr schön, leider wird gerade gegenüber gebaut, daher war es schon recht laut, Baulärm halt!
