J'ai passé un excellent séjour merci beaucoup à Mohammed à la réception qui nous a beaucoup aidé et la femme de ménage gul nour qui est vraiment très très gentille et toujours souriante et le chef cuisinier du Petit déjeuner et khalouk également très gentil.

The location of the hotel is good and it is easy to get there by metro and there was no need to use public transport for getting the city main sightseeing places. We walked a lot and it was ok. But there are a lot of tiny hotels nearby.
The hotel staff was rude and they shouted at us when we asked them to give us a receipt after having paid for our hotel staying. They refused us to pay for the accommodation by credit card at checking-in and we had to pay in euros. The listed facilities were old and shabby and the freezer was broken. The room was stinky (unbearable smell of cigarettes) with a rather small and extremely uncomfortable bed. The price is too high for it.
The location was ideal for using public transport around the city and supermarkets/restaurants/bars/shopping. It is walking distance from the main shopping area. The property was clean and surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to Taksim Square. I had a quadruple room which was spacious for 2 people. The reception staff was very nice and accommodating and helped us book what we needed, like cruises on Bosphorus, etc. Make a note to pay in cash, as they are only intermediaries and won't be able to accept cards on behalf of other businesses. All in all it was good value for money and perfect for a city break.
These are not things I disliked, but more observations. I was not bothered by them, but others might, so I am adding them here. The streets in the area the hotel is located have quite bad pavement, so it is a bit of a struggle with heavy luggage. It is best to take a taxi to the hotel if you know you will struggle. The hotel does not have a lift and you need to go up and down a spiral staircase. Not a problem for me and the reception will help with your luggage, but keep it in mind if you struggle with stairs. Also, the hotel seems a bit dated, with scuff marks or not so new furniture or doors that need a push to close, etc. Again, not an issue unless you are bothered by such things. Rooms have no balconies, except the one on the last floor, but windows can be opened. There are only the basic amenities in the room. I had a quadruple room with a kitchenette and apart from a couple of glasses, we did not have cutlery or anything else. You can ask them from reception or buy disposable items from the supermarket and help the local economy. These are just small info to help others decide. I was not bothered by them and did not affect my experience overall. The hotel is good value for money for short stays.
Разположението е страхотно, на 5 минути от площад Таксим и спирката на Хавабус .Чисто е. Персонала е много дружелюбен и отзивчив. Съотношението цена-качество е повече от добро.Улицата е сравнително тиха.Хареса ни!
