We recently completed a 3-night stay in early March, and the level of service we received was truly impressive. Two days before our arrival, we were contacted by our personal assistant, Chloé, who proactively reached out to arrange our airport transfers. Since we hadn’t made any prior arrangements, she handled everything seamlessly at a very reasonable price.
Chloé’s dedication didn’t stop there; she greeted us personally at both check-in and check-out, and remained in constant contact throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. She truly went the extra mile to make our trip memorable, smooth, and entirely stress-free.
The resort itself is expansive, featuring massive swimming pools and excellent amenities for families. While the beach is pristine and beautiful, the waves can be quite strong, so I’d suggest sticking to the pools for swimming. Thumbs up to the Westin team and a huge thank you to Chloé!

Pros:

Very well kept, clean, modern, close to some upscale shopping malls and a large park.

Cons:

Some facilities are not fully operational, like the afternoon tea and executive lounge. On site restaurant offers delicious foods but slow and pricey.

Excellent. We managed to extend our late check-out to 3pm which most hotels will not accommodate.
Pros:

Excellent location nearby a huge mall within walking distance. Large beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Nice view of the city as well.

Another fantastic stay
Pros:

It was our second year visiting Haikou, and we knew we had to book the Langham, as we'd had such a great time there last year. The price was very affordable as it was low season (August). We were given a large and very comfortable room, with a great sea view. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable. Good lighting. We enjoyed spending time in the pool (when it wasn't raining). There was an amazing selection at the breakfast buffet, and the food at Tang Court restaurant was divine. The hotel was really close to the Mixc shopping mall, super convenient.

Cons:

For some reason the plug socket wouldn't work with my travel adapter, but I found I could use the USB charging sockets in the bedside clock (slower, but perfectly adequate for charging overnight). Wish there were more hooks in the bathroom and/or room for hanging up towels/jackets/small bags.
