Would recommend
Pros:

Close to everything, but small and quiet, I think the last place on that strip that is not a high rise, and we could see the mountains right behind. Very comfy room and good advice about the island from management.

Cons:

They removed a couple trees while I was there! Not sure why and I hope they lived, I watched the trees moved onto a truck so I hope that maybe they just got too big for the spot.

Good value for money no doubt. It’s not perfect but where is?
Pros:

Great location, nice clean pool and comfy bed. The staff were lovely, making sure we had everything we needed and are great for arranging trips. The family that run this place are lovely and make you feel at home.

Cons:

The bathroom was in a poor state, in need of a redo. The water would run cold very quickly, the door to our room did not feel secure and needed looking at whilst we were there.

There was an enormous rat running across a beam as we played pool, which was not nice to see.

Pros:

Just the ubication

Cons:

The rooms smelled strongly of damp and mold. The fridge had a large fungus inside and a very bad smell. The bathroom was full of mold and was not clean.
The TV did not work at all and was essentially just decorative. It is surprising for a “hotel” not to provide a functioning TV, as this is a basic amenity.

The complex had rats present on the property.
Breakfast was very poor; the only acceptable items were watermelon and bananas. The coffee was of very low quality, which is disappointing considering Vietnam is known for its good coffee.

Today we witnessed a waitress clearing a table and placing a leftover slice of ham from a previous guest back into the ham cabinet to be served again. This raised serious hygiene concerns.

I do not recommend this place. The quality does not match the price paid.
There is construction directly in front of the property that starts at 6 a.m., causing loud noise and early wake-ups.

Overall, a very disappointing stay.

De douche was vies, stopcontacten waren slecht, tv was compleet gescheurd, nachtkastje viel bijna uit elkaar, deur sloot slecht.

Shared balcony made me close my blinds so people couldn’t walk by and look in. Pool is not heated and cold.

Pros:

Bungalow and pool were nice, bedrooms were good.

Cons:

Bathrooms very unclean due to the shower being in the open - rust and mold on things, walls unclean, bad smell. Probably depending on which room you stay in but the walls were very thin and could hear full conversations of people next door.

Great location in Cat Ba, highly recommend
Pros:

Location was perfect for us and we loved the pool.The breakfast was good, fried eggs, fruit, toast, coffee/tea. There was also a bar to order coffee, beer, smoothies etc. We enjoyed the free pool table. The staff was super friendly, arranged a boat cruise to Ha Long Bay, Monkey Island etc, 9 hours long including lunch, drinks were extra including water but we were told water was free.

Cons:

Could have used a bedside light. Also, flat screen TV was in room but upon arrival were told none of the TV's throughout hotel were working. Not a big deal but on rainy days would have been nice and they should remobe flat screen tv from booking.com website.

Hezké místo, pěkně vybavené pokoje. Měli i fén na vlasy, dále ručníky a kartáček s pastou.
Výborná snídaně - paní pekla palačinky a vejce (volská oka).

Cons:

Pomalu reagují na whatsapp nebo booking zprávách.
Tekla studená voda ve sprše.
