Exceptionnel
Pros:

Tout était d un niveau de qualité très élevée , en particulier l ensemble du personnel , les équipes en charge du ménage (Halima , Fouzia et toutes leurs collègues ) ont assuré un service exceptionnel.
Nous avons renouvelé une fois de plus l expérience avec l onomo , et nous le referons !

Superbe séjour avec un lieu exceptionnel
Pros:

L’accueil et le professionnalisme de tous les agents. Une mention très particulière pour les serveurs du restaurant pour les personnes au comptoir de l’accueil, la agente de sécurité au niveau des portes, la personne qui a déposé mes bagages dans la chambre ainsi que toutes les femmes du ménage au cinquième étage ( Halima, le superviseur Loubna, ainsi que Fouzia, si je me rappelle bien ce dernier prénom)

Super hôtel et super emplacement
Pros:

Excellent hôtel, idéalement situé en plein centre de Casablanca. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse. L’ambiance du bar-terrasse le soir est vraiment agréable, et le petit-déjeuner buffet, servi dès 7h, est délicieux avec un large choix. J’y retournerai les yeux fermés.
