Cons:

Le veilleur de nuit m'a attribué une chambre avec 2 lits séparés sachant que j'étais seul, il aurait pu simplement me donner une chambre avec un grand lit. J'ai bo essayé de ke le joindre depuis de la chambre, aucune réponse.

Très mauvaise experience avec Booking
Pros:

J'ai fait une réservation normalement à l'hôtel OMONO Aéroport, j'ai du me tromper ou Bookking s'est trompé, j'ai demandé un transfert de ma réservation vers l'hôtel OMONO Aéroport ou tout simplement son annulation à la fois à l'hôtel OMONO Casablanca City mais également à Booking et je n'ai eu aucun retour. Il s'agit d'une forme d'arnaque inacceptable pour un client

Séjour calme et ressourçant au coeur d'une ville agitée.
Pros:

Je me suis sentie vraiment à l'aise. La propreté au top et le petit déjeuner super bon. Un vrai luxe. J'ai également aimé la décoration et le style. Un grand plus était que les fenêtres sont bien isolées contre le bruit du traffic de Casablanca. On peut vraiment se reposer en revenant à l'hôtel. Le personnel était également très aimable.
