Cons:

Wir haben um die Stornierung eines Bettes gebeten. Das hat bis zum Schluss nicht funktioniert. Schade. Auch eine Abwicklung mit Hilfe von Booking hat bei diesem Problem nicht weitergeholfen. Eine Rückzahlung ist bisher nicht erfolgt.

Um Trier zu genießen optimale Unterkunft
Pros:

Tolle Lage am Rande der Fußgänger Zone. Zuvorkommedes Personal. Räder konnten im Innenhof abgestellt werden.

...no love. This place needs some love and its may shine again
Pros:

The location is next to Porta Nigra. Very central. The room was large. The bed was clean and the matrass was good. Hot water was sufficient.

Cons:

The place looks worn out. Some paint, some more consistency on design. There is a kettle for hot water - but no cups, no fridge, no spoon - but a wornout chair (painfull to sit on!). Showergel dispensers, handsoap are not functional - some replacement at the sink.

Die Lage

Cons:

Die Matratze war steinhart, als würde man auf einer Parkbank schlafen, der Boden war vom Eingang an, über das Treppenhaus und auch in den Zimmern total klebrig.
Die Türen nachts knallen zu. Viel zu teuer

Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Dicht schließende Fenster, daher sehr ruhig, trotz der Lage direkt an der Porta Nigra. Aber genau diese Lage ist natürlich genial. Das Hotel besitzt einen Aufzug und gehört wohl zu einem Sushi-Lokal. Zur Frühstückszeit bzw. Abreise haben wir niemanden gesehen. Ob es dort Frühstück gibt??? Aber wenn nicht dort, dann in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück 150€ ist nicht ganz günstig, Ich würde das Hotel für 1-2Tages-Besucher trotzdem empfehlen

Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers war gut! Die Lage ebenfalls.

Cons:

Aber Bettwäsche voller Flecken und Boden nicht sauber.
Und das Zimmer war sehr stickig warm und bei offenem Fenster sehr laut durch Hauptstraße.

Katastrophal!
Pros:

Kein deutschsprachiges Personal (nur gebrochen Deutsch sprechend), kein Parkplatz, kein Frühstücksangebot, keine besetzte Rezeption, Zimmer mit Schäden in den Wänden, die mit Klebeband kaschiert wurden, halb herabgefallene Gardinen, im Bad keine Vorhänge, und das zur Straße hinaus, sodass man quasi öffentlich geduscht hat, Möbel kaputt.

The one and only one stay in this hotel. Far from the German standards
Pros:

The location is pretty good

Cons:

I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The property is completely outdated, poorly maintained, and suffers from a total lack of modernization.
The cleanliness of the room was entirely unacceptable, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the space. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to two major issues: the beds were completely worn out and uncomfortable, and the lack of soundproofing meant constant noise disruptions throughout the night.
This establishment fails to meet basic standards of hygiene, comfort, and hospitality. It is not worth the money.
