Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Die Kissen sind super klein. Das Bett leider nicht stabil. Anstatt Handseife stand im Bad eine Flasche mit Spülmittel. Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Kaputte Leuchter im Bad. Warme Heizung die man nicht ausschalten kann. Oberflächen nicht frisch gewischt. Man hat allgemein das Gefühl gehabt, dass das Zimmer nicht frisch für uns vorbereitet wurde. Nachts zwischen 23 bis ca 3:30 Uhr haben junge Männer bzw. Teenager ohne Rücksicht auf andere Gäste extremen Kracht gemacht. Auf Hinweis haben die nicht wirklich reagiert. Notrufnummer der auf dem Infozettel angeben ist, war nicht erreichbar. Der ist nicht gerecht fertig. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat unser Besuch im schönen Trier ruiniert.

Pros:

De locatie, dichtbij kerstmarkt.

Cons:

Stoffige kamer, bij inchecken amper aandacht van personeel (lang wachten tot iemand kwam helpen en die persoon was gehaast),
We waren er 2 nachten, maar geen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen.

Personal sehr freundlich aber zu sehr mit dem Restaurant beschäftigt was auch wirklich zu empfehlen ist

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr schlicht nicht sehr gepflegt und die Betten für eine Nacht schon sehr schlecht

L'emplacement en plein centre ville.
L'ambiance festive et conviviale dans les rues

La chambre était correcte mais manquait furieusement d'éclairage.
Pas de possibilité de parking à proximité.

Quand la salle du restaurant était pleine on sentait l'odeur au 3° étage

Super emplacement. Grande chambre

Pas de petits déjeuner, dommage. Peut-être le signaler , et éventuellement dire où il yven a un pas loin

Cons:

Le fait que b and b se positionne devant , on edt arrivé crevé ds le mauvais hôtel.
Sinon il est très bien

Können wir leider nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super - mit Blick auf die Porta Nigra.

Cons:

Kein TV, kein WLAN, kein Frühstück, Handtücher wurden vergessen, im Zimmer und Bad war viel kaputt, keine Möglichkeit einen Mantel aufzuhängen.

Not what we expected

It was available last minute, good location

Cons:

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The room was freezing cold, and to make matters worse, the curtains were partly broken in the room as in the bathroom, offering no comfort, especially the bathroom had no covering curtains. When my boyfriend asked the staff for help, they seemed unsure of what to do, blamed it on the “old building” and simply handed us one extra blanket—far from a solution.

The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, and the bathroom was so cold that we literally had to wear socks just to step inside. There was also nowhere to hang our coats, which added to the overall inconvenience.

One towel was dirty and had black spots all over it

For the price we paid, we expected at least basic comfort, but this hotel failed on multiple levels. Would not stay here again.
