Pros:

Frühstück einfach klasse- sehr große Auswahl in guter Qualität, Käse und Wurst meist von regionalen Erzeugern. Unserem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer nicht im EG und von der Straße abgewandt wurde direkt nachgekommen - herzlichen Dank dafür! Zimmer nicht super modern, aber komplett ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Kleiner Balkon der für 2 vollkommen ausreicht. Abendessen a la carte immer mit Fleisch-, Fisch- oder vegetarischem Gericht zur Auswahl, ich denke, da findet jeder etwas. Wir würden wiederkommen - eine Empfehlung für alle, die entweder in 10 Minuten auf Neuschwanstein sein wollen oder in kurzer Zeit in den Tiroler Alpen. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam, Schwimmbad und Sauna waren einladend, wir haben es an beiden Abenden genutzt.

都会から少し離れた場所でのラグジュアリーなステイ。
Pros:

レストランのウェイトレスさんの接客が特に良かった点。ディナーはビュッフェなので少しお高めでしたが、それを超える素敵な接客でとても嬉しかったです。
お部屋のドアノブにウェルカムボード、お部屋の机にウェルカム?チョコレートがあった点。
wifiがパスワードのあるタイプで、フリーWi-Fiでなかった点。

Cons:

フュッセン駅から若干離れている点。シャトルバスがなく、公共交通機関のバスも曜日などによっては不規則なので、フュッセン駅までタクシーが必要でした。

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück super. Das Essen gut, nur leider ein wenig zu salzig

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich-Ruhebereich war für mich etwas zu kalt.

Service kühl, komische Spazeiten, ansonsten schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Dame bei der Ankunft war freundlich.
Das Hotel hätte einen schönen Spaberreich der leider erst ab 17 Uhr öffnet.

Cons:

Beim Check out war das Personal extrem kühl...Wir hatten nett angefragt um 12:00 Uhr Mittags auszuchecken zu können dies wurde notiert. Ab 11:30 Uhr wurde dann energisch mehrere Male an die Türe geklopft und alle waren sehr kühl...haben nicht mal tschüss gesagt. Den Spaberreich konnten wir nicht mehr nutzen weil er erst um 17 Uhr öffnet...sind dann ins Hotel Amaron gefahren und haben die Sauna mit Blick aufs Schloss sehr genossen.

Agradable pero con algunos problemas
Pros:

El desayuno era muy completo y delicioso. La piscina muy linda pero el agua un poco fría.
El personal era muy amable

Cons:

No había agua caliente, ese fin de semana que estuvimos hubo un problema con el agua. Los niños hasta 3 años no pagan pero no nos dieron una cuna y la cama no era lo suficientemente grande para que podamos dormir con nuestro niño
