We started our Morocco trip here. The place is adequate, good price and location. Breakfast could be better, staff forgot to give wake up call.
I booked and fully paid via Booking.com — payment was confirmed directly by Booking.com — yet at checkout, this hotel’s staff illegally detained my mother and sister. Security physically blocked them from leaving, refusing to release them over a fake “missing payment” claim and even demanding they pay a second time.
The receptionist openly admitted they had the reservation but still held them until police were called. This is harassment, humiliation, and could be considered unlawful imprisonment and attempted fraud under Moroccan law.
If this is how they treat paying guests, imagine how they treat anyone else. I am already escalating this to Booking.com’s fraud department and the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism. Travelers — protect yourselves and avoid this place at all costs.
Loved the decor! Felt like I was in a trendy boutique hotel but encountered a dead roach on my bed. Good thing I was only there for a night but the disappointment was the fact that there was no reaction from the front desk on my way out. I just got a “Oh” and that’s it

Nice little central hotel. Nothing to flash but comfortable, clean and friendly. With a very helpful lady at front desk. My room and bath room has been newly fitted out all is neat and tidy. Building is reasonably free of street noise so I slept well.
Clean, nice staff
The hotel is located in the city center and while you can hear the traffic noise from where we were located, I very much enjoyed my stay at this location. The staff were friendly, the beds reasonably comfortable (a little too hard for my liking but my friend appreciated them), the bellman were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. While there is no pool at this location, it seems you are able to access the pool at a nearby rooftop hotel (just ask the front desk). I did not take advantage of the coffee offered in the rooms as it is Nescafe instant nor the breakfast so I can not comment on that.
The one thing that I found tricky is the stairwell that has automatic lights. If you are going downstairs, you will activate them properly so as not to be a hazard, however coming up the stairs, because they are rounded, the first part of the staircase is in the dark as the motion detector is out of range.
We stayed two nights at this hotel. The first room given to us had issues with both window and door, as both could not be locked. The front desk changed a room for us, which was fine in terms of the hardwares. We asked for some tea bags and teaspoons as there was only one left at the bar, no one sent us until the next day evening we asked again, and we only got one teaspoon for us to share 😅
We packed food as my husband wasn’t feeling well, when the food was cold, i went to the restaurant at 1st floor and sought help with the staff there. When I could not even finish telling him my request, he had already replied me at least 5 “No”, which was very rude.
The towels in the bathroom were all so dirty and already turned yellowish in colour, the bathroom without a window has no mechanical ventilation either, and something was seemed wrong with their kitchen ventilation system, where we stayed at 2nd floor, every early morning, the food smell came in from the room door and the entire corridor outside our room was the food smell.
Given a choice, please consider a better hotel.
I am very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
Reason : I booked my room with my points for a good vacation but when I reached the hotel, front desk staff informed me that they cancelled even without confirming with me.Which left me with a disgust feeling how come I booked this hotel.Later I realized even worse is the assistance from the front desk agent Fatima because the minute I stepped in to the establishment she was so terrible with her attitude towards me .She was not even ready to help me, more over she was rude and giving me a bad attitude, made me feel insecure and I was treated with a awful behavior from her even though I was patient enough to handle the situation. She even left me at the front desk alone without even bothering that a guest who booked a reservation has no room and waiting for the confirmation.Even surprising fact is that the front desk was empty and no one is attending the calls which made me realize that this hotel is a lot worse than the best westerns I stayed before . This place is a total disaster when it comes to the hospitality.Please teach your employees how to assist the guest because I realized that they need some training.
I spent one night at the Best Western Plus Casablanca City Center in November. My room was fine -- comfortable and well appointed. Staff were helpful, but the woman at the reception desk repeated reinforced people who interrupted her otherwise helpful responses to my questions by turning her attention to the interrupters, no matter how long those intervening discussions took. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but not particularly satisfying. For example, the scrambed eggs were dry, the bread was stale, and the coffee machine was not working well.
This hotel had friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were good with a variety of foods on offer and we were offered freshly made omelettes and orange juice etc. The rooms were of a decent size and the beds were very comfortable. Quiet air con. Excellent value for money. The only strange experience we had was that they refused to let us pay by credit card and insisted on cash but we witnessed another customer pay on card via a card reader, we just couldn't understand this. However, would recommend this hotel.
Terrible customer service, front desk staff was usually watching videos on their phone or socializing with their friends (not hotel staff) sitting on the sofa in the lobby.
I wanted to book … after checking booking.com offer I went to the hotel’s website … best price guarantee but they were 20% more expensive than booking.com ! So I phoned the hotel and was told … ´book with booking.com then’ ! So I emailed the hotel, but no response after 24 hours. Best Western ???

The only good thing about this hotel is the shower.
Customer service is mediocre, the night guy was sleeping when we went for check out early in the morning and seemed completely lost.
The food is way too expensive and not good. Don’t bother eating there, if you don’t feel like going too far, there are plenty of other restaurants in less than 5 minute walk. Taste better and it’s cheaper.
The location is in the business district, across from an excellent new Indian restaurant. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and fantastic breakfast buffet. Short walk to nearby businesses and the Hassan II Mosque. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
