Kleines und gut gelegenes Hotel mit viel Charme und einem Chef, der seinen Job mit Herzblut ausübt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Chambre très bruyante et fenêtres mal isolées et laissant passer le froid. Entrée par les toilettes des hommes. Salle de bain minuscule et mal agencée

Gayet güzeldi.brugge zaten ortada kümelenmiş her yere yakın kolayca gezilecek bir yer.ilk gidecekler aldanmayın 2 km uzakta bir yer de konaklasan bile yine yakın sayılır.yürünebilir.gece korjusuzca dolanabilir.bir şeyler yer içersiniz.harika bir yer .gezdikçe böyle bir yer var mı yokmu sorusunu sorar durursunuz.sanki bir masaldan fırlamış gibi.

J'ai aimé l'emplacement.les chambres sont pas grand la salle de bain non plus mais c'est ça on est dans le centre de Bruges

Rigtig fin beliggenhed, fint og rent værelse. Dog var det noget besværligt at skulle låse sig ud og ind via en bagindgang når restauranten på hotellet havde lukket. Morgenmaden havde en del mangler på andendagen af vores ophold.

Great location. Can easily walk into town. Bus stop is near to get to train station. Good breakfast. Nice room with view of canal.

La habitación y L ubicación excelentes, la zona para subir a las habitaciones incomoda y fea, el desayuno y la vista excelente, no posee estacionamiento propio para huéspedes pero en general completamente recomendable precio versus calidad

スタッフの方は対応も優しく、部屋・ベッド・朝食、どれも十分の品質でした。
しかしどれも簡素で、部屋は若干寒くて夜は暗く、シャワーの排水溝は詰まり気味で、滞在中はタオルの交換のみで、朝食も最低限のもののみで8:30からの提供と少し遅く、ビジネスで寝泊まりする人にはお勧めです。

Bien situé et charmant. Nous avons été bien reçus et la vue sur le canal est super.

I loved how unique the property was and the town itself... however, the staff at our hotel were very rude and had a hostile attitude towards us. When ordering at the hotel restaurant, the service took forever, at breakfast (which was included in our package) we went downstairs and the lady was very annoyed at us for asking even where the breakfast buffet was... very disappointed overall.

La struttura era centrale e ben collegata !! Una buona colazione abbondante !! Anche se alcune cose della colazione erano extra e ce le siamo ritrovate nel conto finale ...senza avercelo detto prima...abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e nn ci hanno mai rifatto la camera ne tantomeno cambiato gli asciugamani, ne bagnoschiuma ecc...uscita secondaria davvero incommentabile ...si passa praticamente davanti al bagno dell’albergo...praticamente la hall dell’albergo è inesistente......aspetti positivi : posizione albergo,vista dalla stanza, colazione in parte ....aspetti negativi : pulizia inesistente, servizio in camera inesistente, uscita dell’albergo praticamente assurda...ne ho visti tanti di alberghi in vita mia...ma mai e poi mai una cosa del genere !!!

This hotel also has a restaurant but it seems more like this restaurant also has a hotel. It’s more of an add on that they don’t seem to take much care of. The narrow staircases made it hard to bring luggage up and down. The room was decently sized however there were only two outlets, one across the room from the bed and one in the bathroom. Also the bathroom had some smell that was couldn’t recognize but it was not pleasant. Sleeping wise, the room was insufferably hot because we couldn’t plug in the fan and if we opened the windows, we’d be attacked by flies no doubt. On the bright side, the location was great, located about 10 min walk from the main city center.

All in all, I’m not sure how readily I’d recommend this hotel to a friend staying in Bruges.

Wir haben 2 Nächte gebucht (5. und 6. August). Als wir angekommen sind, hat der Manager uns mitgeteilt, dass Sie keine Reservierung bekommen hatten. Nach einer halben Stunde haben Sie unsere Reservierung gefunden, aber für den 6. und 7. August. Sie haben uns gesagt, dass es ein Fehler von Expedia war; die Reservierung wurde falsch weitergeleitet. Nach einer anderen halben Stunde haben Sie für uns eine andere Unterkunft gefunden und wir mussten irgendwo anders übernachten.

Dålig service, ej serviceinriktad personal. Rum mot gatan väldigt störande ljud

Personeel was vriendelijk, ontbijt was lekker en genoeg.
Kamer was groot genoeg, maar kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken.tip: vliegenraam voor kamer met uitzicht op de gracht.
Eten in de brasserie was lekker en verzorgd.

El hotel está muy lejos de la estación pero hay transporte público. Muy cerca de la plaza del mercado y del Ayuntamiento. Es una vieja casa con unas escaleras horribles para subir a las habitaciones. Nos ayudaron con las maletas. Cama muy confortable. Habitación modesta. Idem baño. El suelo de parquet y la escalera no estaban muy limpios

Unfortunately I could not stay there as I have a disability and my room was two flights up very steep and narrow stairs that I could not manage, I have requested a refund from booking.com
