The property was very convenient and the mattress was the best part.
Breakfast was good except sausage. Very clean& friendly and lovely designed spaces! Loved the spaces and evening snack time.
Something beside the yucky sausage patty for meet at breakfast.
The shower didn't have enough water pressure
We recently stayed here on a one-night stopover during a long roadtrip with our toddler and golden retriever. Having previously had bad experiences with the cleanliness of other pet friendly hotels off 95 in Virginia, this hotel was spotless and safe for our family. Definitely worth the small amount of extra time to get away from the 95 corridor. We especially enjoyed the included dinner and breakfast, and my husband enjoyed the friendly service at the bar.
The staff was incredibly friendly/helpful. The hotel has great access to highway when traveling the area, lots of parking, and free breakfast was a bonus!
I felt like the hallways and rooms themselves could have bit a bit cleaner….they were “tired”

Visited our third Drury location this time in glen allen va. The location was centrally located to where we wanted to be. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. The hotels are clean, they offer comfortable beds,at this location the pool was inside and outside. It was clean and refreshing. They have ample parking, free. They offer an excellent breakfast buffet and a small bites with cocktails at dinner time. They may call it small bites, but it’s a complete meal. All this included with the hotel stay. This is very economical for families.
I have loved the Drury since it's first year of opening. The value for what you receive in the way of amenities, is uncompromised.
I am also food&bev/ hospitality...I did have some concerns regarding a guest that was not acting appropriately, however management was all over the situation to make sure the Drury staff was kept safe. I applaud Management's reaction to my and the staff members concerns.

The location close to where my business meetings was perfect. Traffic was not an issue. Parking was definitely not an issue. There was plenty of parking. atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. All the staff from the time of check-in till eating. My meals were wonderful. I loved the breakfast. had a wide selection and the 530 kickback was just wonderful. The rooms were clean and the car was nice. The bathrooms were also very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job. I would definitely stay in another one of the hotels in other locations and I would even stay at this hotel again.
Our 3 day stay was wonderful! From check in with Kim who was so pleasant & welcoming, to our clean room provided by Evelia to the friendly staff in the dining area for breakfast & for the evening “kickback”. The grounds, interior spaces & parking met our expectations. We are already looking forward to booking our next stay in Richmond!

Not the hotels fault but so many kids in the hot tub and pool area we could not use the pool area i wish they had an only adult time
