Pros:

The evening kickback time was pleasant. Breakfast area had plenty of seating. My room on the 7th floor had a pleasant view and lots of excellent lighting. Hard to find in hotels in my experience

Cons:

There was a barking dog in the next room on the second floor. But Carly quickly moved me to another room which was very nice.

Good hotel, but disappointing.
Pros:

Great location for our purposes. Wonderful staff. Very nice breakfast and evening buffet with free drinks! The hotel (and our room) was very clean.

Cons:

Very chilly at all times during our stay. I'm cold most of the time, so that might just be me. I actually raised the thermostat in our room to 80 degrees! The mattress was on the soft side so I didn't get a good night's sleep. I also called for some extra blankets due to the chill but they never arrived.

Snowed in...
Pros:

The staff were absolutely excellent!! I appreciate that they came to work even in increment weather. God bless them all and thank you for all that you did ! The friendliness and good food was theee best!

Cons:

We were so blessed to have warm nutritious food. Just wish there could have been more of a variety of breakfast foods ... The parking lot not being plowed until Wednesday was a bit too much. We had to extend a day because I couldn't get my car out.

I only lasted three hours. I was $145. I like to have my money back that would be perfect.

Only the picture from the outside building and the parking

Cons:

It’s very expensive it’s not worth it. The room does not have trash bags. The room does not have air vent. The room does not have a slight windows. You cannot breathe Good in there the bathroom does not have air vent I just waste My money is not worth it. I left a 5 o’clock in the afternoon. I waste my money. I would never come back there.
