Vegan Visits the Drury
Pros:

Our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Richmond was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! The room was exceptionally clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bath linens were thicker than those found in most other hotels, and the water pressure and heat in the shower were just right. Most importantly, the complimentary breakfast buffet featured vegan food options (more than just fruit) which is indeed a rariety! Thank you!

It was my 21 hour transfiguration.
Pros:

My favorite is still the kickback and the fact that I never need to think about anything except relaxing. It’s a perfect experience.

Cons:

I saw the non alcoholic beer was available at the bar but not at the kickback. Would love a non alcoholic beer option.

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

It’s beautiful. The staff bend over backwards to make sure you have what you need during your stay. It exceptionally clean. Just wonderful.

Cons:

The choices of their dinners. I have stay here on 3 different occasions on different days of the week and the menu was the same, bbq, hot dogs and nachos. Give that a break.

The dinner was seemed to have been rushed; the hotdog buns were cold and the meat balls needed to be cooked a little longer.

Pros:

I love staring at this Drury. It’s always clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and super nice. At check-in, we mentioned to Emily that it was our anniversary and she gave us a bottle of prosecco. So thoughtful of her. Would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time! Highly Recommend!!
Pros:

Everything! The hotel was great, comfortable, clean, modern, close to i95, and a great price. Complimentary dinner, breakfast and 3 drinks per adult a total plus!!!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, I will note that one worker from the bar (I believe her name is Jackie) was not too friendly/social.

A totally great experience!
Pros:

All aspects of our stay could not have been any better. check in was easy, the room was excellent, the breakfast was wonderful, hospitality time in the evenings were amazing, and all staff were always helpful.

Comfortable, brief stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Crowded, self-service, news playing on TV which I detest. Eggs were adequate. Lot's of sweets. Potatoes were terrible - dried out, hard, and tasteless.

Cons:

Breakfast - crowded buffet breakfast is not my favorite. More attention to the food, eg terribly dried and hard potatoes.

The customer service was exceptional

Cons:

That the hot tube closes at 10 and there's not cut of time for the kids in the hot or pool area so the adults can at least have an hour to them selves a suggestion but my stay was wonderful as usual
