clean, smells good, and the staff was kind

Nice place to hang around the residence, easy to get delivery stuff like grab food to order.
The team or the person in charge well trained to entertain us along the stay. and also have a parking spot for the customer.
the place have two floor we got a room in the upper floor so we have problem to carry our luggage upstairs where the stairs quite narrow to carry our luggage.
unfortunately, we got a room that the air conditioner was leaking and the staff cannot do anything about it. asked to change room but all room already full.

It's very clean and comfortable. The staff are also nice and very helpful.
There is no washbasin and curtain in my toilet to separate the shower area and the seat toilet, so whenever I took a shower, the water splashed to the seat cover of the toilet. Also, there is no elevator so I have to ask the staff to help me bring my big suitcase, but they are very nice in helping me.

Ok for a short stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, there was refillable water and the location was close to many local places to eat plus shops etc.
The amount of space and only two small tables to sit on, no sink in the bathroom is quite annoying and woah the WiFi was so, so bad.. The worst we've experienced across Java!
Overall we think you'll find better places to stay.
For Europeans, they need to provide toilet paper. There is no basin in the bathroom. So you cannot brush your teeth in. Wash your face. I don't know why.
Other than that clean tidy affordable is only one english channel
Honestly, it needs toilet paper. What tissues in the bathroom and it really does need a basin to brush your teeth in.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was a great central point between the places we visited. Also the residence offers laundry services, both regular and express, they did our laundry express in a day.
There was no sink in our bathroom
One of the best properties I have seen in Indonesia. The staff were all very friendly and kind, the rooms were super clean, and it's very quiet at night (you will not be woken up by mosques). The location is not perfect for tourists but it's still very convenient near the main highway with a supermarket and minimart nearby and taxis can also find this place easily.
The only major issue here was the WiFi was terrible and most of the time I couldn't use it. The pillows were also so-so and not super comfortable... also they have a coffeeshop downstairs but there's never any staff there available to take your order. There's also no fridge in the rooms which was a little bit disappointing. If they improved these things it would be just a perfectly cozy and enjoyable place to stay!
