1. Kein Mensch an der Rezeption. Niemand im ganzen Hotel. Wir waren ein wenig früher da ca.2std wären gerne schon ins
Zimmer. Ich rief ein paar mal an beim dritten Mal bekam ich eine patzige Antwort!!!
Dann endlich an der Rezeption wieder unfreundlich. Ja von wegen wenn man früher ins Zimmer möchte müsste man 25% vom Preis drauf zahlen. Bei 4 oder 6Std vorher kann ich das verstehen aber doch nicht bei 2Std. Das Wort Kulanz scheint wohl ein Fremdwort zu sein!!!
Auch die Matratzen völlig durchgelegen!!!

Disappointing . Our most expensive night and our least comfortable
Pros:

At one time a grand hotel . The breakfasts looked good although we chose not to have one at 15 euros each on top of an expensive night .
The pleasant encounter with the morning staff was lovely . I was able to have a flask of hot water for our journey, thank you

Cons:

It would have been nice to receive a warm welcome .
I found it hard to get warm in our room . There were no extra blankets to be found

Pros:

Gute Lage. In etwa 10 Minuten ist man am Schloss. Grosse, saubere Zimmer mit guten Betten. Ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet zu kleinem Preis. Super grosse Parkplätze im Innenhof. Ob diese etwas kosten bin ich nicht sicher. Falls ja ist das Frühstück noch günstiger gewesen.
Ich habe es nicht bereut dieses hotel ausgewählt zu haben. Preis ubd Leistung passen.

Cons:

Vielleicht etwas ringhörig gegen den Flur..
Anfangs massive Geräusche von den Wasser- oder heizungsleitungen. War aber bald vorbei. Check in Zeit strikte nur von 15 bis 18h
