Pros:

Good hotel for tma couple day stay in Jeddah... Close enough to walk to Old Jeddah and some good restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was delivered to our room one day and a buffet the next, was a good selection on vegetable, eggs, rice, hummus etc.

Gym is small but works good.

Looks great in the pictures not so great up close
Pros:

The hotel lobby is very opulent and has some generous rooms with lots of space. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. The showers were not working very well and the rooms are in need of some reinvestment. Breakfast was very pretty good and very varied.

تم الذهاب الى الفندق وافاد انه لم يتم وصول حجزك من قبلكم واحاول التواصل معكم وام يتم الرد وتم اخذ مبلغ اقامتي من قبلكم ولم اسكن في الفندق المحدد !!!!!!

A bit worn down, but ok
Pros:

If the staff was not so nice, I would have really been upset, but god bless them. The check in was a disaster, internet did not work properly throughout my stay etc.

Good place with slow reception
Pros:

Good quality of service with a slow check in process from reception and they were annoyed from my booking through online and sent me upstairs to another guy to confirm my booking and he came back after me and speak to another guy in the phone to ask him to close all online reservation..

Bisogna spiegare ai sauditi il significato della parola MANUTENZIONE.

Bagno horrible, servizio non c’è
2 giorni per risolvere la questione della mia prenotazione, l’hotel non riusciva a trovare la prenotazione
Ho speso più di 50 euro di chiamare Expedia per risolvere il problema
