Not worth it! Will not return
Pros:

We had to choose this hotel because our car broke down as we were passing through town, and the hotel was close to the Volkswagen dealership. The bathroom was pretty clean and that’s really the only good thing about our stay.

Cons:

We booked the room for 2 nights, but luckily we only stayed one night before we were able to leave with our car. (We still had to pay for the 2 nights due to late check out- 400 bucks!). The windows did not open in the room, which I hate due to lack of fresh air. The AC was leaking water and the carpet around it was all wet. We stepped in it and our socks got all yellow/brown stained so we had to throw them away. I told the guy working there immediately after check in, but he just offered me a towel to lay down on the carpet to soak up the water. The white towel got soaked in yellow/brown water. Disgusting! We didn’t want to step on the carpet after that and ended up laying down towels making a «clean path» from the hallway to the bed that we walked on. I just felt like the whole room was super dirty after this and cleaned the bathroom. The bathroom was surprisingly pretty clean. We came from Denver and had just spent 2 nights at this beautiful luxurious hotel with a balcony and payed about the same price there as this crappy hotel! 400 bucks for 2 nights here is definitely NOT WORTH it! We will never ever come back here. I was just so happy that we didn’t have to stay s second night here. Don’t recommend this to anyone! Not worth it.

Nicht sauber, unzufrieden
Pros:

Personal hat uns ein anderes Zimmer zur Vefügung gestellt. Sauberkeit aber auch mangelhaft.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht sauber (Boden, Küche, Ablage). Starker Haustiergeruch und Hundehaare. Frühstücksbuffet sehr schmuddelig. Waschmaschine dreckig und eine von zwei defekt. Wird nur jeden 2 Tag gereinigt obwohl Haustiere im Hotel.

Great location, beautiful view from our room, comfortable room, and a pleasant stay overall.
Pros:

The location was great, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There were five of us, and everyone slept comfortably. I only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities. My parents, my kids, and I had a wonderful stay. It was a short trip, but it was definitely worth it, and we would stay here again.

Cons:

One of our room key cards didn’t work, and the sofa bed wasn’t fully prepared—we found a towel inside when we opened it, and there were no linens available for it. I’m not sure if they were supposed to be in the room or if we needed to request them. The front desk staff member we interacted with was also a little rude. Other than those minor issues, we had a great stay.

Great room.
Pros:

Well-lit, colourful room. We especially liked the rolling table, and dividing curtain.
Appreciated a proper fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Loved that the room had actual crockery/glasses/cutlery and items provided to wash/clean them.

Well laid out bathroom.

Check-in receptionist friendly and helpful with local food suggestions.

Cons:

Room window did not open.

Access to pool area awkward as the handle had to be pulled upwards, rather than the usual downwards.

Poor breakfast selection.

Reported an issue with shower's soap dispenser to another receptionist. Issue not resolved by the time we checked out-so had to use the hand wash, which risked slipping on the bathroom floor.

This is a pet friendly hotel, and daughter heard dog barking in the middle of the night.
Difficult to open the bathroom's sliding door via the recessed handle.
