Bathrooms were outdated . Worn out. Dingy. We didn't want to take a shower. It looked a little dirty.

Comfort was an expectation, but over the top service was delightful to receive!

I loved how they were very accommodating to our late arrival. We really needed a place to rest and it was excellent!
