Pros:

Good point : Hotel is very clean with basic amenity i.e. towel and soap. Ample parking and eatery area just by walking distance.
Need to improvise : As my room was probably on the same floor as staff area, they actually cook for dinner and I felt like sleeping in the kitchen.
