Pros:

This is a nice, clean, comfortable hotel in a quiet area, yet only 5 minutes walk away from the centrum where you can find many cofes, restaurants and shops.
Reception personnel speak English and they are kind, friendly and helpful. Tanya is an amazing young lady who makes you feel at home, away from home.

Pros:

Just so you know, there are ten rooms total and no breakfast included or restaurant on property. Get there before the front desk closes. This is like a private hotel. Rooms are big and nice.

Friendly Staff, Great Location

This was my first stay at the Ekaterinoslav, but it won't be my last.

The location is perfect for those wanting a city-center experience with one of the city's best shopping centers (Cascade Plaza) a mere few minute's walk. For a bit longer of a walk you can easily get to Passage, Europe Shopping Mall and Most City Center.

The hotel is only a few years old, so all of rooms have new beds, furniture, bathrooms and kitchen areas. Wifi was fast and reliable.

The best part of the hotel was the staff. Friendly, fast to respond to requests and accommodating of my lack of Ukrainian / Russian language skills. The staff was always quick with a hello and a smile.

Pros:

Hotel is all new inside and rooms are well designed. Room had a small kitchen with microwave, sink, dishes and refrigerator. This hotel is located on a quiet street, a short walk from almost everything in the center city. Staff are very good and helpful, I have already booked this hotel for my next return to Dnipro in 2 weeks, highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice building, excellent temp control in my room...comfort was excellent, the staff was very helpful...they speak limited English, but enough to get by, and I was completely satisfied...Stayed for 7 days...always impeccable cleanliness. Will definitely stay here again, when back in Dnipro

Atmospheric hotel in Dnipro

Everything was very good: the location is great, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the room is very, very good.

Just some ideas to improve till the perfection :):
1) Change the concept of the breakfast you offer. There is no need to prepare eggs and oatmeal if you do not have a real kitchen and you can only use a microwave. Also, please do not give these not very healthy pre-packed croissants. You have amazing bakeries around you, why don't you just get some local fresh-made croissants, fresh juice and some fruits; then it would be simply perfect.
2) Don't hesitate to come to clean the room daily even if there is no sign on the doors - "please, clean". I think that the guests expect that you would clean (at least, I did) without extra requests.

I really loved this hotel and I will definitely come back there again.

In this apart hotel you will feel yourself like home. The hotel is quiet new, clean, warm and comfortable. The staff is nice, welcoming and service minded. They are not only meeting you with the words: "We have been waiting for you, welcome", but do everything to make your stay good. The kitchen in the room is well equipped and have a basic things you need away from home. Historical decorations on the walls and fireplace in the lobby make your stay nice and cosy. The only thing I can criticize is the local area and the road to the hotel, but things change fast in this city now a days. Not so far from the hotel you will find a beautiful renovated area with shopping possibilities, restaurants, cafes and entertaintment. During last year, I stayed almost at all hotels in this city. Now I found my home in Dnipro.
