يوجد مواقف ل اصحاب الهمم في السرداب
يقف فيها اي شخص
ماء الاستحمام ضعيف
تم طلب فتح الباب الفاصل بين الغرفتين ولم يستجب احد
يوجد كوستا كوفي في اللوبي الطعام فيه قديم و يبدو اغلبه من مطعم الفندق وليس من شركة كوستا كوفي
خرجت من الفندق قبل اكمال مدة الحجز بيوم لانه تعيس وكئيب
ولم يتم ارجاع مبلغ اخر يوم العذر انني حاجز من بوكينغ

Overall rating is above & beyond, I've mentioned the receptionists in previous rating contributions, now I have to mention the housekeepers, Arbind & Abu Khair, those are supportive, respectful & hardworking guys.

Somehow fabulous
Pros:

The receptionists Zainab & Mohammed Al Yami are fabulous, Arbind from housekeeping is no.1 in everything concerning his job.
Food from the restaurant is just 5 stars value.

Cons:

Some noises coming from the mall sometimes when there's activity or some kind of celebration.

When there is some activity in the Lulu market, it becomes so noisy & disturbing specially in the lower floors of the hotel.
