Phänomenal
Pros:

Das Zimmer 33 mit eigener Dachterrasse und Jacuzzi ist wirklich seit langem das Beste, was wir in einem Hotel gebucht hatten. Dazu kam der freundliche Empfang und das tolle Frühstück. Wir genossen die Auszeit in diesem Bijou und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Nice hotel at a very nice location but rather overprized for the services provided overall.

Staff (2 ladies) was very friendly and trying to do their best to accommodate all guests requests.

Cons:

Communication with any staff of the hotel prior of arrival was non existent. Although we did have a couple of questions re the room, we could not reach the hotel, neither by the 3 phone numbers given nor the official email. The hotel itself seemed to be understaffed and the lady at the front desk (upon check-in) overwhelmed with the request made for an extra bed during booking process a view day earlier.

Die Lage war top. Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut.

Cons:

Restaurant war geschlossen. Zuwenig Personal. Eine einzige Person war zuständig für die Repzession, Zimmerreinigung und Reinigung der allgemeinen Räumlichkeiten. Umgebung der Anlage ungepflegt.

Bel hotel, très bon repas du soir !
Pros:

La vue, le calme et le repas du soir 👍👍

Cons:

Ambiance un peu distante excepté de la part de Vitaly, très gentil et attentionné.

A la réception on ne devrait pas avoir quelqu’un qui ne parle pas allemand (et aucune langue officielle de Suusse, pourtant il y en a assez…)

das frühstück war einfach aber sehr fein. die aussicht ist wahrhaftig wie im bilderbuch. das abendmenue war die überraschung puur,eine gaumen freude.
