Awesome
Pros:

The room and space are very comfortable and cozy, suitable for family and i book the suite room for 4. Staff very polite and very efficient but i think they only have 1 receptionist i guess. Overall is ok will book the same place for my next trip.

Cons:

The aircond are not cool just blow the air, i got the rafflesia suite on the 1st floor. Bathroom pump is so loud whenever we use the toilet pump or water heater. Hope you guys can service or renew the aircond. Lastly scariest part me and my sis found the charlie ant on our last day😬thank god it was our last day, please call the pest repellent to maintain the safety and customer thank you.

Cons:

The air conditioner is not cold, the mattress is quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, the pillow is uncomfortable, and I cannot sleep well, which results in a headache. The shower tap is small and not satisfactory for bathing.
