The 1st front desk person at check in and the breakfast

Cons:

The hot tub was down tge 2nd day we were there in the morning. There was a used bar of soap in the shower upon arrival obviously was t cleaned.

Pros:

Breakfast was a disappointment. I am lactose and nothing suitable was on offer. Labels need to be available identifying content of food item. The "egg patties" were laughable, especially when feeding 300 lb plus men! The "roast potatoes" on offer each day were extremely dry.

Cons:

Air conditioning in room. The room went to extreme cold, even though attempts were made to regulate the temperature. If unit was turned off, hours later the unit would burst into action blasting extreme cold air into the room. The wall unit and wall control panel did not seem to be in sync with each other. It was irritating that the fan was noisy and could not be turned down.

Clean, friendly and quiet. Perfect for traveling with pets as they have a specific potty area with poopy bags :)

Overall the stay was good. My family were happy.
Pros:

It’s accommodating. I like that they allow my 2 rooms to be as close to each other as possible. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great, a bit crowded, but great. The breakfast was good too. I loved the whole family oriented atmosphere.

Cons:

The heater was loud. It scared me half to death out of my sleep when it came on in the middle of the night. In the 2nd room that I had, it was hard to understand and work the thermostat. It was cold even when the heat was turned up.

Best hotel in Beloit (Milwaukee Rd area)
Pros:

Spacious new suites. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Pool hot tub nice. Staff is also very friendly.
