Perfect location in the centre of Kalkan. Very traditional. Eren the host was lovely and helped with all our needs. Breakfast was very Turkish which was lovely and the ladies that looked after us were very attentive and friendly. A fantastic family run pansiyon. Lovely people ❤️

Very central in the old town. Close to beach, restaurants and bars . Staff lovely. Room very nice, bed comfy and a good shower. Breakfasts good. I would definitely stay here again. Even though it’s very central, noise didn’t bother us .

It’s right in the centre of the old town so you will get the night life noise in the evenings but it goes quiet from 1am and it really is the ideal location

Room quite small, if you have open window you can hear climatization from outside all night. You can here also people in the kitchen in the morning. Earplugs can solve this easily

Nobody was taking care of the reception tasks at all - communication only via messages on Booking.com
I needed to wait for the receptionist to do check-in and check-out for his arrival to the hotel. It should be totally planned differently. Not making customer to wait on arrival even after asking about expected arrival time.
No daily cleaning offered with no mentioning it in the offer posted on Booking.com. When requested the new towels I got it but with remark that we change it every few days. Such information should be provided in the describtion of the place to make decision based on it. It's the first time I had such an experience in Turkiye being a frequent vistor.
Breakfast was good with quality but very poor in selection for Turkish standards.

The property was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location is bitter sweet - on one hand it’s ideal for restaurants and beach clubs, but it is quite loud on an evening.
The noise levels can differ outside on the street bars on a night. sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes it’s loud. This isn’t the hotels fault - and we managed to get to sleep before 12.30pm on most nights.
