Pros:

A két masszőr Anna és Imre csillagos 5ös.

Cons:

Felújítás zajlik a szállodában, erről nem tájékoztattak, még bejelentkezéskor sem. 614es szobát kaptuk. Péntek 6 óra után még kopácsoltak, reggel 8kor erre ébredtünk! Szoba cserét kértünk 1111es szoba a légtechnika egész nap borzasztó csörömpölést produkált.
A recepció felháborodott a reklamációnkon, 3szor voltunk imádtunk eddig mindent, de most nagyot csalódtunk.

A személyzet minden tagja nagyon barátságos és segítőkész volt. Az ágyak extrán kényelmesek voltak. Az ételek nagyon jók voltak, és az étkezési időablakok vége felé is bőségesen pótolták azokat a svédasztalokon.

Cons:

A wellness részleg bizonyos részei erősen felújításra szorulnak, főleg a kneipp medencékben, ahol sajnos mozog egy-két csempe. Azt a hatást kelti, hogy bármikor törhet. Ugyanakkor volt elég pihenő felület, a mozaikcsempék pedig gyönyörűek.

Wenn ich einen Ratschlag geben darf! Machen sie einen großen Bogen um dieses Hotel. Alt, heruntergekommen wenn ich den Aufenthalt bezahlt bekäme würde ich niemals mehr in dieses Hotel gehen

A decent stay for the right price
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful, even if they spealk mostly hungarian. The hotel is quite large and has a enough pools to accomodate enough people. We especialy enjoyed the outdoor pool even if it was February.
Rich and variate breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

The hotel looks a bit old and could use a refurbish. Wifi lagging sometimes.

В целом мы остались довольны.
Pros:

Если вы приехали лечиться и вам не очень важен антураж, то вам безусловно сюда. Тут и огромная СПА зона, три больших бассейна с термальной водой, летом еще и плавательный на улице, джакузи, сауна, инфокрасная сауна, парная, они маленькие, но они есть. В номере выдают полотенца и халаты.
Очень вкусно кормили в ресторане- 10 баллов!
Официанты очень внимательные, доброжелательные.

Cons:

Было неудобно, что не выдают полотенца в спа зоне (мы были и в других отелях Хайдусобосло, везде выдают), нам предложили взять с номера, а чем потом вытираться в номере, мокрыми?
Ну и конечно, отелю нужна реновация, но сейчас они потихоньку уже что- то реновируют, мы это слышали и видели. Надеемся, что когда мы приедем в следующий раз, отель подремонтируют.
