The size of the room.

Cons:

The sofa bed was grossly uncomfortable. The breakfast.... slim pickings and when things were running low they did not take out more until 5 minutes til it was over. The pool was closed. Had to ask 3x for more pillows and extra blanket... we were given sheets instead.

Cons:

Handicapped room had no tub bench. Called 2x for it maintenence never showed. 2nd day got tub bench. I expected a handicapped room did not provide till second day. Request refund first night.

I do not book a single bed when reserving a hotel. I was told I reserved a single bed and there were no other rooms with 2 queen beds. Disappointed, but it was too late to look elsewhere.
