Great value for the price, convenient location near the freeway.
Pros:

I loved the size of the room and the kitchenette. The gym was great and I had a wonderful checkin experience.

Cons:

I wish there are a few more options for breakfast, because I am vegan. I also appreciated the coffee bar near the door, but I wish there were more tea options.

Spacious room with great amenities.
Pros:

1 night - in and out. Not much time to take in the neighborhood.

Cons:

The sliding bathroom door was not easy to operate and was left open while using. H2S needs to find a way to add a handle to make the door easy to open/close.

Uncomfortable and I would never stay there again even though staff are really nice, which I apprecia
Pros:

Staff was nice, professional, sinscere and helpful. Beds were comfy. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean.

Cons:

The sofa in our room was disgustingly dirty. There are many stains on it and it lumpy and overused. The air/heating/ac unit is old and needs to be replaced. It spewed stale, disgusting air into the room and now our clothes stink of it. The noise from the highway is really too loud. I had asked for a quiet room. Maybe staff tried to accommodate us by putting us on a higher floor. But if I'd realized it was located so close to a highway, I never would have booked it. The clock and phone were not working properly when we arrived and the air/heater filter needed to be cleaned so the room smelled like garbage.

The sofa bed was grossly uncomfortable. The breakfast.... slim pickings and when things were running low they did not take out more until 5 minutes til it was over. The pool was closed. Had to ask 3x for more pillows and extra blanket... we were given sheets instead.
