Yoh a maintenance to this place is long overdue
Pros:

The food in the restaurant was truly value for money ,had great service here.

Cons:

Yoh they can atleast apply a fresh paint to the walls and maintain it . The foyer can do with a good vacuum clean and just general cleanliness.Unfortunately have allergies and the dust could use a nice duster and the room did need a deep clean otherwise they are well situated and friendly staff

Nothing really,i wont recommend this to my family

Cons:

1.We booked superior room with breakfast,when we checked in we were told that we need to pay R200 which is refundable when we leave,that was not a problem because it should have been stated on the website when we book so thst we aware that on arrival we should pay R200 for breakages ,so bad communication ,should we not have the money what would have happened?
2.Sunday morning after checking out we went to dining area for breakfast ,the lady just gave us the menu without explaining anything.I had to call her prior taking my order that our accomodation goes with breakfast so which menu is suitable for that,she said any breakfast of our choice.we orderd lido breakast for R130.When we finished eating vacating the place the lady called us that we ate the wrong breakafast we should have eaten breakfast for 1 which is R95,we must add the balance
I told her i called u,i asked and i was told any meal of my choice.
I was pissed and i didnt want to pay the extra R70 for two because i literaly asked for clarity.
For peace sake my husband paid for it.The Eggs we ordered was sunnyside up and should be well done but what we got was watery( half done)we couldnt eat it,the tomato was cut with thick slice with lots of herbs and garlic.i couldnt eat that,the chicken stripps were cold and not freshly made cs the outer layer was not eadible,in all essence the breakfast was not enjoyable it was not value for my money.

Pros:

convenient location to the event i was attending

Cons:

bathroom wasn't good. struggled with using showerhead which was broken. The room floor had a sound when walking over. there was no fridge in the room. Uber was not allowed into the premises putting our lives at risk by dropping us at the gate.

Fair stay but could be improved.
Pros:

The location, the scenery outside and the receptionist were nice

Cons:

The showers don't drain the water adequately. Handsoap is a bar and was already used when we checked in, aircon wasn't working.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and they went extra mile for us
Me and my family had great time and we are planning to come back

Cons:

The breakfast was nice but the only thing the preparation time they took long to give us good
I would suggest that they prepare food early and put everything inside food warmers
Then when we come they only make eggs, toast and tea

Cons:

The wooden flooring is making a lot of noise. I found a cockroach crawling in the shower. The toilet was not flushing; I had to report it around 21:00, but I was assisted quickly, though. Though it shows that the room was not properly checked before the client signed in, just make sure the toilet is working and water is running. The fact that there's no bar fridge is a turn-off.
