Beautiful Hotel and Amazing staff.
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful, bed was amazing, staff were absolutely amazing, it was quiet and very clean.

Cons:

The food. It was cold and we sent back, the warmed up and the porn ribs were amazing, but the 2 orders of wings tasted strange and were cold and when heated up dry.

Good value for money; Nice hotel and beautifully decorated.
Pros:

Location was very convenient. It was one street behind Lacson. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and hospitable.

Cons:

The wifi was weak inside the room and for most of the areas inside building. Breakfast was adequate but the quality could be improved especially since we were in Bacolod and there could be many sources of great-tasting food..

Best hotel in the Philippines
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. We even got a free upgrade to their executive suite half way through the trip. The staff are always friendly and happy to help out, the food in room service was great.

The hotel itself is really fancy and perfectly located close to the main road with access to many restaurants and shops and only a 100 peso drive to SM city for all your shopping needs.

Gute Aufenthalt für ein paar Tagen

Es war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Personal sind sehr nett aber vergessen oft die Gäste Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Der Unterkunft würde ich sagen noch Zentral und bietet einige Möglichkeiten

Cons:

Wie erwähnt, Personal vergessen oder geben sich nicht die Mühe die Anfragen zu erfũllen. Ich fragte extra nach Badetücher und sie brachten erst am zweiten Tag des Aufenthaltes nach. Oder die Fernbedienung hat keine Batterie aber wurde nie ersetzt.

Perfect location for masskara and just going around.

Cons:

We had a little bit of a miss understanding with room booking. We wanted to keep the original booking but our other room got upgraded to a room without windows🤣 original room booking has a balcony. We figured out late on the check out that it was upgraded and we had to pay for the upgrade.

Lots of stuff to do in the area! Hotel is nice but could be a lot better with a couple small changes

Lobby was very nice

Cons:

There was no drinking water in the room on the 1st day we arrived. The phone in our room did not work so we could not order room service or contact the reception desk and we I did go down to the reception desk a lot of the time there was no one there.

Also a bolt come flying out the bather room vent
