Pros:

The room and the public areas are kept very clean. The temperature both in the room and the other areas is very good. The breakfast was good enough. The shuttle service is nice. The driver is very helpful. He makes sure everyone gets to the ski center even at busy times when the bus gets full very quickly. The view from the room was the best. The building and facilities are old but very well maintained and kept clean.

Cons:

One of the beds in the room was not comfortable as the mattress was a bit worn out.

really good value for money and close to all
Pros:

breakfast is Bulgarian but good and enough to eat
Location 5mins from all and there is free return transport to ski centres

Cons:

no coffee making in the room ,tv could of done with an update.

We had a relaxed and pleasant stay in hotel Prespa.
Pros:

Central location, clean room and spacious hotel lounge, tasty breakfast, polite staff.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed that the fireplace in the lounge wasn't on (looks nice in the pictures) and with the Christmas decoration still on (4 January) it would have looked nice.

The location and view were great. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The definition of the cleaning standard must be slightly different than what was used to but increased after little chat with the receptionist.
