It was close to airport!
The free shuttle service from airport. The property is 5 mins drive from airport; following instructions I called as soon as I had my luggage to be collected! I waited 45 minutes for the hotel bus to arrive. I could have caught a taxi & been at the hotel in less than ten mins IF the operators had told me it was a 45 min wait for transport (information they did not share even after 2 follow up calls, saying it was on the way)!!! Very very frustrating & annoying.
