L’emplacement, la tranquillité la nuit, la petite terrase avec vu sur les volcans, la taille humaine de l’hotel, la propreté, la possibilite de garder les valises, reservation de shuttles et excursions. Le personnel discret et à l’écoute.

La ubicación es excepcional. Al lado del arco de santa catalina, y con vistas a los volcanes.
El personal es correcto.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy viejas.. necesita una remodelacion. No hay demasiada luz. Mucha humedad. El baño justo, especialmente la ducha, no tragaba agua. Creo que el precio es un poco elevado para lo que se ofrece, pero soy consciente de que la ubicación hace que suba.

Pd. Quise reducir las fechas de estancia, por perder el vuelo de conexión, pero me cobraron ambas noches sin opcion a hablarlo.

Buena relacion calidad vs precio.
Pros:

Muy cerca del arco de Santa Catalina, centrico y con muchos lugares que visitar, habitacion silenciosa. Limpieza de habitación diaria, el precio por noche muy bueno, considerando que tiene 1 cama matrimonial + 1 individual y bastante amplia.

Cons:

el baño requiere mantenimiento, la regadera acumula agua.
