Awful experience
Pros:

The apartment was messy when we checked in. The owner was not apologetic at all and did not feel concerned about the messy apartment. When we booked, wi-fi was part of the package but we realized the wi-fi was only accessible at the hotel lobby. The heater in one of the room was not working. Overall experience was awful.
