Great location and nicely furnished apartment. Convenient laundry. No AC which made for warm and restless sleeping. Check-in was a little involved but not too bad. NO PARKING. Realistically you have to park in the crowded parking garage down the street. If you found a spot in the garage you would be well advised to leave it there. Also very expensive to park there.

Absolutely little to no parking options, and no information on how or where to park from the landlord’s. Their website was down for the parking information. I updated them and they still did not fix it. We parked in one of the blue zones as directed from one of the hotel guests snd needed up getting a 50 CHF parking ticket.

No coffee provided, and near to no amenities in the apartment.
All in all, it was an amazing location with the waterfall right out the side of the building that actually runs along the wall.

Note there is no lift if you have heavy luggage and are on one of the upper floors, it is quite a challenge.

Everything is perfect except you don't have parking and can't even wait in front of building and there is no elevator which could be hard to get upstairs. But otherwise nice place to stay
This was basically student accommodation with shared bathroom and kitchen. I would not have booked this place if I had known.
To add insult a hidden 'service charge' almost equal to the rent was added. This was NOT in the agreement and was not appropriate considering it was SHARED accommodation.
In addition it was so difficult to find that even with the help of 5 local people it took me 3+ hours to find it wasting my time and energy as it is in a hilly district in St. Gallen and my luggag was heavy. As there were rainstorms the apartment was very noisy from surging water from the river beside the accommodation.

Very hard to find the property. No cars can pull up to the property due to road closure which made unloading bags extremely inconvenient. No elevators which was horrible for heavy luggage. Parking was walking distance away but inconvenient.
Having the essentials (salt, oil, etc) would have been nice. The studio also lacks any type of decoration. Lots of hairs on the floor and some on the bed on arrival. But overall good experience.
Arrived Saturday evening and bedside lamp not working. Reported this Sunday morning and again on Monday morning . It was eventually fixed on Monday, why not on Sunday?
