Certaines chambres n'ont pas de salle de bain c'est pas toujours pratique. Certains locataires rentrent tard et sont bruyants.

Walkable to the city center (20-30min).
We did not sleep really well because the sound insulation between the rooms is close to non-existent and you can hear when another room flush the toilet. Therefore the value for money was not great.
If you come by car, be aware that you will have to drive around for a little while to find a parking spot.

le logement situé en sous sol, avec 2 fenêtres donnant sur les voitures garées dans la ruelle.
Pas d'hôtes à l'accueil.
L'accès au jardin et la petite piscine n'était pas direct.
Impossible de se garer à proximité sans risquer une détérioration de la voiture (pas de place décente, et ruelles très étroites)
Beau cadre dans un environnement résidentielle, le logement est situé dans une maison individuelle avec plusieurs chambres. Piscine, transat etc.....très sympathique
Chambre très petite, hormis la chambre tous les espaces sont communs. On entends tous les bruits dans la maison. Stationnement pas évident.
L'extérieur et la décoration
Chambre tres petite , mal insonorisée , des bruits de portes qui claquent dés 7h du matin. Toilettes et douche communes pas pratique du tout . Pas de machine a café ! Photos trompeuses sur l'espace réel.

Nella mia stanza con bagno la porta non era una porta e anche se ero in coppia non avevo la mia privacy. A mio avviso andava specificato meglio
