Super friendly, excellent location and extremely hospitable. Complementary breakfast, donuts and happy hour made this stay stand out the most!
It was easy to locate and close to major subway lines. It was very organized
It was a great hotel. The small gestures such as Donuts and happy hour included in the price was a lovely bonus that was not expected.
Also soft drinks available during happy hour was great as I don't drink alcohol.
Mostly the staff were polite and very helpful!
We had a triple room and there was no space between the beds. This was expected as rooms are small in the cities in Japan. It would have been good it there had been space underneath the beds for our cases as it was hard to manoeuvre around them in such a small room.
During happy hour, I looked for a bin for our rubbish (empty coke cans) but couldn't find one. I placed it on an empty tray instead (as neat as you can place rubbish) but was quite rudely told off moments later when a member of staff appeared to replace glasses. Once I knew where the bin was (around the corner) I was more than happy to tidy up after myself. I didn't appreciate the tone and for a non-budget hotel, I expected a little more customer courtesy. We are not the type of family that expects people to clean up after us and I found the girl's tone and facial expressions very rude.
Trendy hotel at good location. Rooms very small, but so was the price too. Nice that the lobby has complimentary beverages and snacks daily.
Breakfast very plain and processed, no fresh fruits or eggs etc.
This hotel was fantastic. Check in was a breeze and they helped us happily with storage of luggage at both check in and check out. It was super clean, secure and the beds were very comfortable. The coffee and doughnuts were a hit, as was happy hour.
Nothing. It was great!
Clean, lovely staff, great location
Classy vibe. The room was very nice with a good size and layout. Breakfast was awesome, fancy coffee machine and yummy food options.
Close to some restaurants and conbini but pretty far from the station
Location & nightly drinks/snacks
Room was not that big pillows average
The breakfast and free flow.

It was the largest room of our stay in Tokyo. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The got us a taxi right away for our departure, the hotel was quiet and a convenience store was close by as well as a few other restaurants along the street.
The hotel doesn’t have a breakfast and the continental breakfast was definitely what was expected of a continental breakfast, but we only stay one night so it was significant since we were headed out to Kyoto.
Clean and new rooms. Bottled water every day.
Free breakfast, small but still nice. Free Coffee/tea for a whole day.
In th evening free wine and snacks.
