Pros:

Good location as main areas are within walking distance. Though it’s about a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station so keep in mind when hauling luggages around. The continental breakfast was decent. They offered various bread/pastries. 24 hour coffee bar. Daily free happy hour. Staff were wonderful!

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui sia stato
Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e posizione strategica. Colazione un po’ scarna ma funzionale. Consigliatissimo.

Cons:

Camera piccola con poco spazio per le valigie ma comunque negli standard di Tokyo.

Cleaning the room too late when I want to rest (after 3pm). Serious Security problems as it seems that information about the customers leaked and several spam messages trying to get my credit information were sent to me in wathupp

Rude employee

It’s a decent place

Cons:

One day one of the employees was very rude in the morning. The downstairs was a mess, the breakfast pastries were thrown all over the container, there was no cutlery. There was leftover trash of alcohol and soda cans everywhere. He didn’t do a thing overnight. In the morning, All of the breakfast was not being restocked like usual. Then when you ask for something to be restocked you get an attitude. Like there should be spoons available when you have cereal and yogurt out. It was filthy and turned me off from eating. This overshadowed all the other days and pleasant employees. They have a rotten apple in there that they should get rid of. Won’t stay again because of him.

Ótima estadia com mimos e excelente atendimento
Pros:

Gostamos muito de nos hospedar no Bespoke. O hotel é bem localizado e muito bom. A equipe é atenciosa e prestativa, o quarto tem um tamanho ideal para duas pessoas e ainda há alguns mimos incluídos, como café da manhã, donuts e bebidas.

Uma ótima opção, que recomendamos.
