Great location, Rooms where ok and it’s quite worth the price. Great setup with the free bar and donuts om7-19!
Small room and bathroom for 3 persons, but it’s ok! And
I really liked the style of the hotel - modern, clean and with plenty of attention to details. The location was excellent too, with some of Shinjuku’s main sights, station, and mini supermarkets just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
The room didn’t have anything to put the clothes in - something small, like a closet or cabinet would have been good.
The breakfast didn’t have any gluten-free options, so keep that in mind if you have allergies.

The location was great. So close to all the action but not right in the crazy part of Kubichiko so it was quiet at night.
I loved that they had a free coffee machine, and little snacks each morning (the choc chip muffins are to die for!)
I also loved the free bottled water that you could stock up on. You have the option to get your room made or to skip, and regardless they give you fresh towels, water and a new toothbrush/tooth paste.
The hotel has a really nice modern feel, and the room is comfortable. It has all you need for a great stay!

Muy buena ubicacion, hay bebidas gratis a la tarde y el lobby es comodo. La haitacion tambien bien, chico como todo en tokyo pero estaba comoda. Nos recibieron las vaijas que enviamos desde kyoto sin problema

Ambulance and Police sirens 🚨 blasting at any time of the night.
We were facing the back of the property in what is supposed one of the quietest rooms, yet the noise is so strident inside it took us a couple of weeks to recover from it. Sound insulation inside the room is very poor.
We liked the helpful staff and it's not far from Shinjuku station. The room is small but has everything you need.
The room was expensive however I think most double rooms in central Tokyo will be. The breakfast was okay, would have liked some fresh fruit

Location was ok-ish. Very busy and loud area, but close to central Shinjuku stuff if it’s needed for you.
Our room was fasing the wall. It means you even can’t understand it’s sunny day or not.
Reception and main entrance wasn’t clean at all. Not a disaster, but compare to Japans standards wasn’t very good.

Great facilities - snacks, donuts, free drinks from certain hours and helpful staff. The location is perfect - just under a 7 min walk to the famous Godzilla head street
The room wasn’t the cleanest. It was dusty, the shower curtain stunk like it hadn’t been replaced in months, the aircon omitted a weird smell when you first turned it on and the bed sheets/pyjamas smelt worn
