Muy amables en recepción y la habitación era grande y tenía un baño con ducha y con bañera de hidromasaje. El desayuno era tipo buffet y estaba muy bueno.

In all honesty not a lot, if I hadn’t paid upon arrival I am sure we would of left after 1 night, only good thing really was having the supermarket round the corner and the close proximity to the venue for the Hanoi open pool championship
The room we were put in which cost extra for a better room had no shower curtain so showers were not possible, the bath had chips and sharp cuts in the ceramic all around the bath which made it difficult getting in and out of the bath, we were moved room to another which was better but pretty much every morning around 8 we were woken with drilling or sawing inside the hotel, 1 night there was what sounded like fighting on our floor, we tried phoning reception numerous times and never had 1 call answered.
The towels we received each time were always stained to an extent, the floor was dirty and my suitcase ended up filthy from lying on the floor, overall not a great experience and I wouldn’t return.

There are a some old parts, but the room is large enough. Employees are friendly, and morning buffet tastes good, so this is a good hotel as a whole.
