It was ok, but I definitely not gonna come back
Pros:

It was cheaper than others and also with a bigger rooms

Cons:

The canceled my reservation even tho I messaged at booking that my flight got rescheduled and I will be arriving next day. I had to make a call from the airport in order to figure things out, which added some stress to my trip. I also requested the adjustment of the stay but they never got back to me

Decent hotel, staff attitude could use work, work on parking machine.
Pros:

The room was decent.

Cons:

Staff was rude during check in, the parking garage machine was a hindrance and wouldn’t work when trying to exit. Had to constantly call the front desk to lift the gate.

I enjoyed my stay just not the front desk clerk that worked that day
Pros:

Everything was okay

Cons:

The front desk clerk didn't have good customer service skills. I think the charges were a little bogus

I sayed there because I had to go to MD Anderson and my stay was comfortable and not too far away
