Very nice stay for our overnight trip, the staff were all pleasant and the room was very comfortabl.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and bed was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Hallway noise but it was typical for morning time in a hotel.

We enjoyed the quiet stay with friendly staff and surroundings.
Pros:

We enjoyed the friendly staff, especially Harriet at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The hotel was quiet and the location was near restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Everything was great. There did seem to be a stale odor in our room.

The breakfast

Cons:

The first keys we got did not open the cider extension door and then when we got to the room, the room had not been cleaned yet so he gave us another room and there was food left in the refrigerator in that room. The pool room was very cold. Other than the breakfast, just not a very enjoyable experience.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great but decent for being included. Lots of options which was nice but hot food was not good.

Location good

Cons:

Key card maker not working that day, staff had to let guests on rooms each time. Put in a handicap room, not handicap. Bathroom not ideal, water goes everywhere on floor, hair pieces on sink counter. Not sure how well it was cleaned with crushed crackers all over desk chair, not sure surfaces were cleaned from previous guests. Room had an unpleasant odor.
Breakfast all overcooked, biscuits all burned. no fruits or yogurt or anything fresh. Not great.

Pros:

I was there for surgery at Brighton Special Services. Excellent location because it was across the street. Couldn’t take advantage of breakfast

Cons:

Noisy guests, but that’s not the fault of the hotel
