Breakfast was good and hot that I ate. Would have like some bacon instead of all sausage.

The refrigerator was so small. We ate at a local restaurant and I couldn't get The Leftovers as well as some of our
Stuff that we were bringing to our next location did not fit, and we couldn't shut the door.
Very poor performance customer service
This is really no good my booking is England Brighton holiday inn express But booking was Us Brighton booking and I spoke to booking.com customer service but his not good helpful person very very poor customer service,
Clean, friendly staff and made you feel like a home away from home:)
The sink faucet was leaking around base pretty bad. I had to use wash cloths and towels to keep my things from getting wet.
It was clean and the rooms were spacious. Shower was super hot and the food was good in the morning. The staff was really nice and very helpful!
The pool is small and had too much chlorine. Kids wouldn’t even get in it.
Das Hotel schien noch relativ neu, es war alles sauber. Die Zimmer waren geräumig. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse vielseitig und es gab auch Obst und Porridge.
Das Zimmer hatte eine Mikrowelle und in der Nähe gab es einen Target, um einkaufen zu gehen.
Die Pancake Maschine war kaputt.

Room smelled bad
The lobby and rooms were clean. The front desk staff were very professional and nice. Breakfast was prepared great. The pool area was nice and clean!
Location
Clean and convenient to UM Labs and close to anything you need. If going to UM facility book direct for a discount.
Pool was clean and wide open. Patio has a grill. Breakfast was plentiful and clean. Late checkout was not a problem.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and bed was nice and comfortable.
Hallway noise but it was typical for morning time in a hotel.

The first keys we got did not open the cider extension door and then when we got to the room, the room had not been cleaned yet so he gave us another room and there was food left in the refrigerator in that room. The pool room was very cold. Other than the breakfast, just not a very enjoyable experience.
We enjoyed the friendly staff, especially Harriet at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The hotel was quiet and the location was near restaurants and shopping.
Everything was great. There did seem to be a stale odor in our room.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The man taking care of the breakfast and area was fantastic 👌.
