Pros:

Отличный отель, во первых комната больше в сравнении с аналогичными предложениями, очень удобная кровать и нас заселили на несколько часов раньше, за что отдельная благодарность. 15 минут пешком до торговых центров, метро. Понятное дело, что всегда вопрос в деньгах - это все таки недорогой отель, который я смог забронировать практически за день до поездки и мне очень понравилось.

Cool small hotel in a great location
Pros:

Hotel is not new, but rooms are comfortably big, bed is very very good (mattress and pillows), my room had a big wardrobe with a safe.
Bathroom is good enough, no problems with water pressure, very clean.
Staff is very-very nice and helpful, all my questions or requests were resolved immediately.
They have a good wi-fi, I was able to do some video calls and quality of the connection was good.
Location is great! Self-service laundry is like 30m away, right near the 7/11, massage salon is literally in the next building. My favourite gym is 8 min by foot. Lots of cafes around.
I would stay here again, for sure.

Cons:

They don't offer any breakfast.

Tres Bon emplacement, rue dynamique mais pas trop bruyante, tout commerces à proximité. Chambre très confortable et lumineuse.
Possibilité d’avoir un sèche cheveux

It was in a location where I was very familiar with.

Cons:

The pictures that I saw on the website I thought I was getting a nice hotel room but I didn't. The rooms were old and tired there was no real hot water. The cleanings of the rooms didn't happen at the same time everyday. One day it'll be in the morning the next day the evening so you didn't know when it would be cleaned. All in all it was just a disappointing experience.
