Pros:

Location and staff welcoming

Cons:

The beds were so hard I wasn't able to sleep very well. Got pillows but wasn't expecting to have to do that. It could have been fixed with a foam mattress topper not the topper we got which wasn't much more than a sheet.

On some days the room cleaning was a bit short. Not swept/vacumed and ran out of toilet roll on another occasion

Pros:

Personal del hotel y ubicación

Cons:

¿Qué pasó con mi equipaje que dejé en recepción para que lo guardaran? Recibí mi mochila, pero tanto los documentos como la mochila estaban mojados.

Nice but not great.
Pros:

Room was small but very clean with lovely bathroom and comfy bed.

Cons:

I was looking forward to having a sauna in the morning but when I went down to reception to ask where the sauna was I was told that you need to book it in as it wasn’t switched on and would take 30-40 mins to heat up. I feel this could be mentioned on check in.
