Cute hotel, quite location, bad staff to communicate with, no breakfast given while it was promised
Pros:

Nice hotel in a remote village. Quiet, the kind of facilities one expects to find. Nothing missing from the hotel.

Cons:

We booked 2 double rooms and a triple room, all with breakfasts (7 people in total). While checking in, we were told that there is no triple room, and in the end, and after 5 minutes of attempted communication and bargaining with the hotel owner. we got a double and a single room instead, which was eventually ok. The hotel owner also denied to give us the breakfast to the price we booked from the booking.com page, while he was only talking german to us. He was trying to say that each room had only 1 breakfast included (unheard of), in an increased price of what we had agreed upon anyway. So we decided to skip the breakfast and that resulted to just half a € more from the agreed price, lucky us!!!
Generally very bad business, and furthermore, very bad experience with the hotel owner, acting as if we were trying to cheat him. Hotels registered in Booking.com should be capable of a basic, to say the least, communication in english.
Otherwise the hotel didn't miss anything. Stayed for a night and never again...

I chose the option with breakfast included on booking. Unfortunately, in the morning I was informed that breakfast had to be paid extra. Breakfast time starts only at 9:00

Nein danke, nicht noch mal. Unfreundlicher Wirt, nette Mitarbeiter. Sehr runtergekommenes Hotel. löchrige Laken, Brand/Rauchmelder ohne Batterie. Kein Kühlschrank. Keine Annehmlichkeiten - Wasserkocher etc.
Frühstück ausreichend, normale Hausmannskost. Diskussion wegen angeblich nicht bezahlten Zimmers. Mit Expedia gebucht und bezahlt!
Wlan selten bis gar nicht verfügbar. Alles in allem nicht mehr schön und sehr abgenutzt/defekt.

Service gut - der Rest enttäuschend
Pros:

Die Dame im Service hat sich bemüht und war freundlich. Der Rest eher zum Vergessen! Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden, teilweise lose Kabel am Boden, Lampe im Bad und im Zimmer kaputt. Die Sauerkeit ließ auch zu Wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück ließ vieles vermissen. Für mich sicherlich kein 2. Mal!

Pros:

Die Unterkunft reicht zum Übernachten mal so eben. War halt günstig. 35 € inkl. Frühstück. Da kann man wohl nicht viel erwarten. Zimmer abgewohnt, Ferseher funktionierte ca. 10 Minuten, danach kein Signal..., das Bad mit einigen Resten vom Vormieter, Dusche funktionierte, Restaurant hatte Ruhetag, Frühstück mit Grundnahrungsmitteln. Zumindest die Empfangsdame war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eher nicht nochmal.
